This year, Universal Studios is bringing Five Nights at Freddy's to the Halloween Horror Nights 2025. Halloween Horror Nights is a traditional event that Universal Studios has held every year since 1991, and it has become one of the most anticipated events for theme park fans. Fans are even more excited after learning that one of the most highly anticipated horror franchises will finally be included.

In 2024, Universal once again joined forces with Blumhouse for Halloween Horror Nights, featuring a scare zone dedicated to a few Blumhouse horror movie franchises at Universal Studios Orlando. There were many rumors that Five Nights at Freddy's would be among the included series last year, but Blumhouse brought The Purge, Freaky, M3GAN, The Black Phone, and Happy Death Day instead. Since the independent movie company has collaborated with Halloween Horror Nights for several years, fans were confident that Five Nights at Freddy's would eventually be included. Luckily, it's finally happening this year, but perhaps in a different way than expected.

It's still June, so more details will be shared in the future, but they have already teased that the franchise will be featured at the event "in a whole new way."
