GTA 5 and GTA Online Features That Shouldn't Return in GTA 6

GTA 6 has to give fans a seamless gaming experience to live up to the hype, and some features from GTA 5 and Online should be dropped to deliver it.

When Will Snow End In GTA Online?

Rockstar Games has confirmed that GTA Online will lose its snow on January 12. Along with that, the holiday-themed festivities will also be bidding goodbye to the game, which includes snowmen, skins, guns, and more. This means that players still have time to complete the events that have been added as part of the holiday celebrations and get the much-coveted rewards such as WM 29 Pistol and Gooch Mask, among other things. That's not all, there is a New Year's Rewards event ongoing as well which will give players a chance to get the following rewards:

  • Firework Launcher
  • 20 Firework Rockets
  • 25 Sticky Bombs
  • 25 Grenades
  • 5 Proximity Mines
  • 10 Molotovs
  • Yellow Holly Beer Hat
  • The Gold, Silver, and Rainbow New Year Glasses
  • Full Snacks and Armor

When Will Snow Return To GTA Online?

In all likelihood, players will not be able to see snow again until December of 2024, which is quite far away since it is just the start of the year. That being said, players should not be disappointed, considering that GTA Online should host plenty of events until then to keep them engaged. Not to forget, by the time December approaches, GTA 6's release is going to be around the corner as well, so it might be very much possible that Rockstar Games could have a much bigger holiday celebration next time around. Until then, players can make the most of the ongoing holiday event while it lasts.
