How to Get a Jet in GTA Online
The jet is a military vehicle in the game parked at the military base, Fort Zancudo, where players will find many jets flying over the area and running along the runways. However, obtaining one is not a walk in the park – it's a bit of a heist. Getting inside the military base is no easy feat, and surviving the encounter is even more challenging.
Upon entering Fort Zancudo, players instantly trigger a 4-star Wanted Level, which will very likely alert the military forces. As a result, tanks and humvees attack the player and make it nearly impossible to snatch a jet. Despite the difficulties, t here are still some strategies that players can use to get their hands on this fast and durable vehicle.
The Off-the-Fence Method
In this method, players need to get a fast car, head to the Great Ocean Highway Shoreline, and follow the road until they reach a fence. Make sure that the car has enough speed to drive over the fence. Once inside the base, head straight to one of the Jet hangars, grab the jet and fly away from the base.
Cletus Elk Bug Method
This method is comparatively safer as it does not alert the military. In this method, gamers will have to quit the mission “Fair Game” and take the road to Fort Zancudo. They need to replay the mission first and then wait for Cletus to leave them alone for Elk's hunting.
Once that’s done, they should head straight to Fort Zancudo, enter the base, and take away the jet without any military trouble. Next, the jet must be parked in Trevor's hangar because players will eventually need to complete the Fair Game mission. Once done, they can go back and fly the jet from Trevor's hangar.
Parachute Method
Another way to steal the jet without getting spotted by the military is to use a parachute. Begin by using a helicopter to fly above the base. Next, simply jump out of the helicopter and parachute toward any of the jet hangars, get the jet, and fly away.
