It's a tiny bit more expensive than the cheaper apartments, existing as a medium-end apartment that can offer players 6 vehicles in the garage, and some nice space within the interior. What was beloved about this apartment is now a memory, as players used to be able to use this apartment during the Pacific Standard Job, in which they would access the garage and travel to Raton Canyon via the armored kuruma without having to worry about losing money from getting shot. Whilst this method no longer works, holding this apartment is a key memory in the early days of GTA Online.

This 6-car garage apartment might not be the fanciest, but it’s perfect for players who want a neighborhood to take over. The interior is fairly clean, and it’s a modest home befitting that of a criminal who doesn’t like the lavish lifestyle of penthouses.

It’s a medium property class deserving of some credit, and one player should think of purchasing if they have already conquered the game’s heists.
