Grounded 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to the original Grounded by Obsidian Entertainment, with Grounded 2 hitting Steam Early Access and Game Pass in July 2025. Much like the last game, players will take on the role of one of four miniaturized children and engage in a survival adventure through the supersized nature of a suburban park.

Players will need to survive the threats of wild bugs, scavenge for resources that they can use to improve their base or craft new armor and weapons, and explore open areas to progress the main story. One of the many items that players can collect and use for multiple purposes is Lingonberries. If you're wondering where you can find Lingonberries in Grounded 2 and how they can be gathered, all relevant information has been outlined in the guide below.

Spine Nubs are dropped by a rare bug in Grounded 2 that is often hard to find and reach; here's where to farm them.

Where to Find Lingonberries in Grounded 2

To find Lingonberries in Grounded 2, players will need to search a specific area on the park map. This area is on the left side of the map border, and is located just north of the Snack Bar, just in between the Picnic Table and Pine Hill location borders. The approximate berry zone has been indicated on the map screenshot below with an arrow.

As you approach this area, you will notice a cliff that you will need to climb. The easiest way to do this has been illustrated in the video below and involves simply using the leaf to climb up onto the steep ledge, then jumping across the rocks like stepping stones until you reach the top. Once you reach the top of this cliff, you should be able to spot Lingonberries hanging from the branches above you. You can run up and down the length of this cliff to harvest multiple Lingonberries at a time.

However, it is important to note that, while players can use their weapons to get the Lingonberries to drop from their branches onto the ground, there are restrictions when it comes to harvesting these fallen berries. Unlike blueberries, which can be harvested with the default Omni-Tool, players must have a second-level Axe on their Omni-Tool to harvest chunks from Lingonberries.

To make the Tier II Axe for your Omni-Tool, you will need to gather the following resources and then upgrade it at one of the various Ranger Stations.

Tier II Omni-Tool Upgrade Requirements

  • 2x Roach Chunk
  • 2x Blueberry Leather
  • 2000x Science
