As players explore Brookhollow Park in Grounded 2, they will stumble upon many useful items that will facilitate their journey in the long run. One of these items is the Crow Tail Feather, which will give Crow Feather Pieces for players to craft arrows.
How To Get A Crow Feather Piece In Grounded 2
To get a Crow Feather Piece, you must locate and break a Crow Tail Feather in Grounded 2. Luckily, there is no need to kill huge birds or look for nests, as the Crow Tail Feather is found on the ground or in slightly high areas. There are two feathers right south of the Snackbar Front, which is where you must go for one of the main quests to discover a Ranger Station, making the location perfect for early game players.
From the Ranger Outpost: Snackbar, head south by running on foot or riding a buggy in Grounded 2, until you reach the Entrance area. While traveling south, players will encounter a blue circular object in the middle of the road. Climb it to find a Crow Tail Feather.
Just a bit southeast of the previous feather location, you will find another tail feather on the lower ground. However, be careful as it might have a Bombardier Beetle walking near it. You can farm the Crow Feather Pieces by going to these two locations occasionally once the material respawn to get as much as you need.
If you're unable to break the feather tail, then you must upgrade your Omni-Axe to level II using the Ranger Station. Players need to gather Roach Chunks, Blueberry Leather, and have at least 2000 Raw Science. Roaches are found almost everywhere in the park, while blueberries can be picked up from the Picnic Table (or the stranger's blueberry garden) and then converted into leather.
After building a Jerky Rack, blueberries can also be dried to make leather. This takes more time, but you'll only need one blueberry for one piece of leather.
Once players destroy the feather and get the Crow Feather Pieces, they can now head back to the Outpost and analyze it to unlock some recipes. Interact with any Workbench to craft some of these recipes in Grounded 2:
