Gravity Rush 2 Remaster Could Land on PlayStation 5
Rumors of a possible Gravity Rush 2 remaster come courtesy of a Sony "insider" going by the handle of Orangee. Their comments, which were posted on a Discord server, were shared by Reddit user Pomarancza123PL in the GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit. Orangee is thought to be reliable as they leaked earlier news about the in-production Gravity Rush film adaptation, behind-the-scenes footage of which appeared during Sony's 2024 CES presentation in January.
Orangee's comments about a future Gravity Rush 2 remaster suggest that the game may be announced as early as May 2024, with a targeted summer release window on the PlayStation 5. Orangee claims that they know playtesters currently working on the game, and expect that Gravity Rush 2 Remastered (or whatever it ends up being called) will have extra features like a photo mode and tweaks to simplify some of the game's original online functionality.
