There have been heaps of speculation and theories about when the next trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 could be released. But with it now being almost 500 days since the first trailer was released, the community is becoming increasingly unhappy with Rockstar Games' extended silence. The good news, however, is that Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick did recently discuss Grand Theft Auto 6's marketing, saying that he has never seen such anticipation for an entertainment title. The CEO of Rockstar Games' parent company then noted that the company wants to "maintain the anticipation and excitement," with marketing materials planned to be released closer to the game's launch.

Grand Theft Auto 6 fans believe the Nintendo Switch 2 could be bad news for the upcoming title due to one vital factor.
Grand Theft Auto 5 Fans Want More Interiors In GTA 6
With so many theories surrounding Grand Theft Auto 6 now being debunked, fans are finally running out of ideas as to when the community may see more from Rockstar Games' highly anticipated title. Instead, fans appear to be discussing what they'd like to see improved from Grand Theft Auto 5. In a new post on Reddit, user AlaaXD said something they want to see improved in Grand Theft Auto 6 is the number of accessible interiors at notable landmarks. The user discussed the many famous landmarks included in Grand Theft Auto 5, but noted how many of them "are left completely untouched by Rockstar." They went on to explain how many of these locations could have been made accessible in certain missions but have instead been "forgotten."
Despite the fact that Grand Theft Auto Online still receives regular updates after over a decade, it's certainly surprising that some of these prominent locations haven't been made accessible. Plenty of other players seem to agree too, with over 3,300 upvotes, fans seem to be eager for more accessible interiors in Grand Theft Auto 6. Reddit user Masenkou1 said that having social hotspots such as universities and shopping malls empty is "soulless and boring."
An accessible shopping mall in Grand Theft Auto 6 seems to be a popular request among players, as Reddit user GooseEntire1705 also said that they would like to see a "big shopping mall" in the next game, along with "loads of different shops and interactable activities." Others, such as HiiGuardian, believe it's highly likely that Grand Theft Auto 6 features an accessible shopping mall, saying, "I have a feeling we’re gonna have a huge mall that ends up being a constant 24/7 hotspot throughout the map."
As of writing, Grand Theft Auto 6 is set to launch in Fall 2025, but a firm release date has yet to be confirmed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Another vital piece of information that has become a hotly debated topic among gamers is the potential price of the game. The recent reveal of the Nintendo Switch 2 may be bad news for Grand Theft Auto 6, as Nintendo has become the first publisher to increase the price of its games from $70 to $80, which has led some to believe that the next Grand Theft Auto game could cost upwards of $100 or more.
