Damage Cap Sigils increase the maximum damage an attack can deal. If you notice that your moves hit for the same numbers every time, then that's your queue to start farming. Here's how you can get these Sigils in Granblue Fantasy: Relink.
Where to Farm Damage Cap Sigils in Granblue Fantasy: Relink
Manipulating the Damage Cap results in characters reaching absurdly strong levels of power. As such, Sigils that affect this stat typically appear only in the mid-late game. If you want to farm for Damage Cap V Sigils, then your best bet is to grind these following Proud difficulty quests:
- The Tale of Bahamut's Rage
- Blazing Trial
- Melting Pot of Hostility
The quest against Proto Bahamut is going to be the most rewarding out of these missions since it also has a chance to drop a Terminus Weapon for your characters. It can be a bit of a bother to beat, however, especially if you're only in it for the Sigils.
Blazing Trial is a more manageable alternative. The Vrazarek Firewyrm isn't that hard to beat. However, much like the Tayu'itar, it can still pose a problem to anyone who's undergeared or underprepared. The good thing about this mission is you also have a chance to get Curios, which can help you farm even more endgame Sigils. On the other hand, the drop rates for Damage Cap Sigils here is fairly low, so get ready for a long grind.
Sigil Transmutation
If you haven't reached Proud difficulty yet, you can get Damage Cap Sigils via Sierokarte's Transmutation service. There are different Transmutation tiers, and each give you a chance to earn a random Sigil from a wide pool of possible results.
To transmute a Sigil, you'll need Knickknack Vouchers, which you can get by trading Treasures, Wrightstones, and other Sigils to Siero. If you aren't looking to make money fast in Granblue Fantasy: Relink, we highly recommend trading your unusued crafting materials for Knickknack Vouchers. The exchange rates vary per item, and you can easily earn vouchers by farming quests with high item drop rates, such as Assault Formation under Extreme Difficulty. Trade the Machine Units and Damaged Tail Fins to get large amounts of vouchers per transaction.
