Goat Simulator 3: Where to Find All Whistleblowers

The Goat Simulator series was never meant to be serious, and even some gamers would say it was intentionally made bad. Nonetheless, this odd yet fun simulator has garnered a significant fanbase throughout the gaming community, and that's because Goat Simulator 3 is a game that doesn't take itself seriously, allowing gamers to experience the chaotic life of a deranged goat.

In Goat Simulator 3, players are once again authorized to wreak havoc on the lives of unsuspecting NPCs. But, among the crazy adventures players can experience in Goat Simulator 3 is that of helping the local Police Department track down three wanted criminals through the Whistleblowers quest.

How to Start the Whistleblower Quest in Goat Simulator 3

To accept the Whistleblower quest, players will need to head over to the Downtown area of the map. Once in that area, players should look for the Police Department (marked on the map above). Players should then look for three Wanted posters in front of the station (look for an exclamation mark).

To complete the Whistleblower quest, players will need to locate and capture three citizens causing a disturbance by whistling (literally) in public. The three unruly citizens are named after story-based characters, yet another Easter egg found in Goat Simulator 3. But, what makes this quest particularly challenging is that it doesn't show players where the wanted criminals are, instead providing only vague hints.

All Whistleblowers will be wearing red suits.

Wanted Criminal: Goldilocks Location

The easiest whistleblower to find is Goldilocks, so players should focus on her first. Players can locate Goldilocks next to two ATMs in front of the Wanted Posters, where the Whistleblower quest begins. Players should "lick" Goldilocks to grab her and drag her into a jail cell inside the Police Station.

Placing multiple whistleblowers in the same cell might result in one or more escaping and returning to their original spawn point. Try placing in different jail cells.

Wanted Criminal: Tinker Bell Location

Players should now head to the Food Court located within the Downtown area. Once there, players should look for a large building that has several signs that say "Visit Libertarian Island" (marked on the map above).

On the side of that building, players can find Tinker Bell stirring up trouble by whistling. Once again, players should "lick" (arguably the silliest thing players can do in Goat Simulator 3) and drag her to the Police Station marked on the map.

Wanted Criminal: Big Bad Wolf Location

Players can find Big Bad Wolf at the top of a building under construction (called Tell Us Plaza), leaning on a water tower. This area is located directly east of Coscon and south of the Port of San Angora. Once players turn in the final whistling criminal, they'll receive a police cap and glasses that they can use on their character.
