A surprised Ghost of Tsushima player uncovered unique dialogue within the game's world when performing the bowing feature as protagonist Jin Sakai towards corpses. Launching in 2020, Ghost of Tsushima is one of the most visually stunning games to drop on Sony's PlayStation 4 due to how incredibly it brings its vibrant Japanese locations to life. Intertwined with compelling characters and dangerous missions in a bid to protect the island of Tsushima from the fierce Mongol armies, Ghost of Tsushima' s world is an immersive representation of feudal Japan and a love letter to the samurai movie genre.

Even though some Ghost of Tsushima players were frustrated at the PC port on Steam, the open-world title by Sucker Punch was a huge success on PlayStation, selling more than 9.73 million copies by July 2022 and becoming one of Sony's fastest-selling original IPs ever.

14 Hardest Bosses In Ghost Of Tsushima

It's safe to say that Ghost of Tsushima has some of the best boss fights in gaming, and even the hardest ones are nothing short of incredible.

Ghost of Tsushima Player Unlocks Rare Lines by Bowing to the Dead

On Reddit, a Ghost of Tsushima player was shocked to discover hidden dialogue involving Jin Sakai and his bowing gesture. After over 90 hours of playtime in the game, ParsleyOk6291 posted that when Jin bows at corpses, the protagonist produces different unique lines to honor the dead. However, Jin doesn't bow to all the dead, and they must be slain by Mongols, ronins, or bandits for the hidden dialogue to take effect.

One comment in the thread said that if Jin bows to respect Buddha statues, players can get swarmed by various wildlife, while others have stated that if Jin bows to Tenzo at the end of Iki island in response to his bow, he too produces hidden dialogue. This is one of the key ways that Sucker Punch has enhanced its user experience by placing cool Ghost of Tsushima Easter eggs like this hidden away on Iki Island's beautiful landscape as well as the island of Tsushima.

More Ghost of Tsushima Goodies to Come

From giant mountains and deep valleys to crystal clear lakes and Japanese fishing villages, Ghost of Tsushima' s in-game locations can be a dream world to explore, as the hyperrealistic environments never fail to enchant those looking to capture its esthetics. For fans who don't want their Ghost of Tsushima experience to end, a film adaptation is currently in development but as yet, no release date has been confirmed.

For players patiently waiting for any news about a continuation of the beloved game, a well-known entertainment industry insider has reportedly claimed that Ghost of Tsushima 2 is in development, offering anxious fans some reassurance that a sequel could eventually happen.
