The Wayob is a being respected by the people of Natlan in Genshin Impact. They protect the people of Natlan, to the extent that they practically can't leave the land without the Wayob's Blessings.
Although the Wayob aren't physically present in the Nation of War (they reside in the Night Kingdom), players may come across some Wayob Manifestations, which are as far as the Wayob can appear in the physical world. Like any other creatures in the game, players must hunt these Wayob Manifestations in Genshin Impact if they wish to obtain the materials it holds.

Wayob Manifestation Locations In Genshin Impact
There are 13 Wayob Manifestations available in version 5.0's Natlan. Unlike local specialties in Genshin Impact, Wayob Manifestations and other enemies reset after one day instead of 48 hours, which means players can revisit the Wayob Manifestation locations on the map daily.
Wayob Manifestation Farming Route In Genshin Impact
Here's an example of Wayob Manifestation farming route in Genshin Impact that players can follow:
- Teleport to the Waypoint east of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame and head south.
- Go to the Waypoint right up north and go northeast.
- Warp to the Waypoint to the east and head west a little bit.
- Return to the same Waypoint, and cross to a cliff on the east. Afterward, cross again to the northern cliff to reach the fourth Wayob Manifestation.
- Go northeast from location #4 around the area, or use the Statue of the Seven in the Children of Echoes' tribe, and climb up the cliffside from there.
- Next, use the Natlan Weapon Material Domain waypoint, and walk north.
- Now, teleport to Natlan Talent Material Domain, and climb up the cliffside to go east.
- Go to the Waypoint south of Natlan Talent Material Domain, and head northwest.
Once players are done with the first eight enemies, here's how they can find the other five Wayob Manifestation locations in Genshin Impact:
- Teleport to the Waypoint west of the Ancestral Temple, right east of Teticpac Peak, then walk south.
- Use the Waypoint west of Teticpac Peak, then go northeast.
- Head back to the same Waypoint, then go southwest.
- Teleport to the People of the Springs' Statue of the Seven, then cross the water to reach the shore on the east.
- Either use the Statue of the Seven then head southwest, or use the Waypoint underneath and go north.
Wayob Manifestation Drops In Genshin Impact
Wayob Manifestation in Genshin Impact map drops the following items:
- Shard of a Shattered Will
- Locus of a Clear Will
- Sigil of a Striding Will
As an Elite enemy drop, these materials aren't used for character Ascension materials. Instead, they're used for weapons Ascension. Examples of equipment that needs Wayob Manifestation's drop are Natlan's forgeable Catalyst, Ring of Yaxche in Genshin Impact, and Mualani's signature weapon, Surf's Up.
