A new Genshin Impact chart shows the most popular characters used in the current Spiral Abyss. Version 4.6 has introduced a lot of new content including a brand-new DPS, the Pyro polearm user Arlecchino, also known as The Knave, and the 4th Fatui Harbinger.
Genshin Impact's Spiral Abyss domain consists of 12 Floors, each harder than the previous one. Every chamber features multiple enemy waves that players need to beat within a certain time frame in order to collect precious rewards. The fact that the Spiral Abyss enemy lineup changes twice a month means that Travelers often need to adjust their team compositions to take advantage of the new enemies' weaknesses.

A Reddit user named Brilliant_Damage986 has posted an interesting chart of the most used characters in the current Phase 1 of the 4.6 Spiral Abyss. According to the data, the most used character in this Abyss is the Hydro Archon Furina, with a usage rate that exceeds 86%. Since her release back in Genshin Impact update 4.2, Lady Furina has been one of the most powerful characters in the game and the go-to Hydro support for most types of team compositions. Similar to other Archons, one of Furina's greatest strengths is her ability to adapt to almost any party type that needs a strong Hydro applicator.
Genshin Impact: Most Used Characters in 4.6 Spiral Abyss
Many fans were surprised to see that second place on the list was taken by the Anemo sword user, Kaedehara Kazuha. Despite being released in 1.6, Kazuha remains one of the best support characters in Genshin Impact. The fact that he is an Anemo user allows Kazuha to adapt to almost every team composition, since this element cannot interfere with other elemental reactions.
The third spot on the list was also taken by a Hydro character, the five-star catalyst user Neuvillette. At the moment, Neuvillette is considered one of, if not the best, Hydro DPS in Genshin Impact thanks to a stacked kit that revolves around his unique Charged Attack. He is an independent DPS unit, meaning that players often clear out multiple Abyss floors with only Neuvillette in their party.
A lot of comments have pointed out that they expected the new Pyro DPS Arlecchino to be ranked higher on the list. She took the sixth spot on the list with a 70% usage rate. Arlecchino introduced a new mechanic to the game called Bond of Life, which requires players to shift their playstyle. This mechanic won't be exclusive to the Fatui Harbinger, as recent leaks revealed that some upcoming Genshin Impact characters will also rely on the BoL effect.
