Exploring the Forest of Blessings on Simulanka Island will allow Travelers to help the forest’s residents during Genshin Impact 4.8. In the Summertide Scales and Tales event, players will explore the Island in sections and unlock more world quests as they progress.
The Forest and the Princess is a world quest in Genshin Impact where you need to help Princess Cimest by completing several trials. The world quest has many Flying Squirrel’s Aerial Adventure challenges, but you get to control the princess instead of a normal squirrel.

How To Complete Princess Cimest's Trials In Genshin Impact
The Forest and the Princess quest can be triggered by speaking with the squirrels in the Kingdom of Breezes and Bells, Forest of Blessings. Once the conversation is over, players need to meet Princess Cimest in another location to start the Flying Squirrel’s Aerial Adventure trials.
First Trial
- Aim the squirrel’s path into the three garlands.
- Make sure that Cimest will hit the flower balls at the end of the path.
- Once three new garlands appear, summon the squirrel back by making her pass through all three of them.
- Head to the platform ahead to start the next trial in Genshin Impact.
Second Trial
- Make the princess pass through the three garlands.
- Go east towards the other platform as she is swept away by the current.
- Summon her back while making the squirrel go through the garlands.
- Proceed to the next platform.
Third Trial
- Activate the sleeping flower by aiming the squirrel at it to release the wind current.
- Make the princess go through the three garlands, forcing her to follow the wind current.
- Fly south towards the hill and summon Cimest through the garlands.
How To Complete The Forest And The Princess Final Trial In Genshin Impact
After finishing all of Princess Cimest’s trials, she takes players to an area located north of the Kingdom of Breezes and Bells. Here, you witness the footprint of a big creature, where Cimest also locates the relic. To get it, Travelers must complete some trials alongside Princess Cimest.
Final Trial - Part 1
- Aim Cimest’s path through the garlands and make sure to end it at the flower balls.
- Wait for the other three garlands to align and then summon the squirrel back to you.
- Turn around and activate the sleepy flower.
- Go to the three garlands at the end of the current and shoot Cimest through them.
- Walk to the other side and wait for the garlands to align as much as possible, then summon her back.
It might be awkward as there are only two moving garlands out of the four and Cimest is located diagonally instead of straight, so take your time to find the correct angle.
Final Trial - Part 2
- Wait for the four garlands to align, then send the squirrel through them. If you missed one by accident, try to go through it by summoning the princess back to you at the correct moment.
- Head south and activate the sleepy flower.
- Send Cimest into the three garlands, and she will be swept away by the current.
- Wait for all three circles to align and then summon the squirrel back.
After that, a group of enemies will attack in Genshin Impact and the princess decides to complete the rest of the trial alone while you fight them off. Once everything is taken care of, approach the relic to end the Forest and the Princess quest. Travelers are rewarded 30 
Primogems for their troubles alongside a Precious Chest.
