To find Small Lamp Grass locations in Genshin Impact, players need to check out the hot spots around Mondstadt. This includes Wolvendom and Windrise.
Brightcrown Mountains
Fast travel to the Brightcrown Mountains Teleport Waypoint, head directly north, and then there should be at least three Small Lamp Grass to be collected.
Wolvendom
To find even more Small Lamp Grass, players can teleport to the Windwail Highland’s Teleport Waypoint in Wolvendom and then head directly northwest to find a few near some stumps and then two more on a nearby cliff. Afterward, players can teleport right back to the same waypoint, but instead of going northwest, head east to find even more local specialties in Genshin Impact. Heading west on the path from this point will lead Travelers to some more Lamp Grass.
Thousand Winds Temple
From the Temple of the Wolf Domain in Genshin Impact, head north to collect four Small Lamp Grass. Proceed northwest towards the cliff to see three more materials, or teleport to the Midsummer Courtyard Domain and climb the cliff to get the flowers. Next, glide down north for two more Small Lamp Grass.
Whispering Woods
Fast-travel to the Waypoint east of Mondstadt City and run north to grab some Small Lamp Grass. Then, go west to grab more.
Windrise
Teleport to the Windrise’s eastern Waypoint and collect the nearby Small Lamp Grass. Next, head to the hill found south of the Windrise Statue of the Seven to acquire more of the materials in Genshin Impact.

There's a merchant that sells Small Lamp Grass in Genshin Impact for 1,000 Mora named Flora, who is found in the City of Mondstadt.
