Previous rumors have suggested that Dahlia will be a male Genshin Impact character from Mondstadt, and the leak indicates he will be an "Attack Speed buffer," implying a niche support role. The second detail reveals that Skirk's signature weapon will offer 608 ATK and 33.1% CRIT Rate, with a passive that provides additional ATK and CRIT DMG. This suggests that Skirk will likely have strong DPS potential. Reportedly, she will be able to enter special buffed states, and these effects will persist even after she leaves the field.

Skirk was reportedly responsible for teaching Childe how to fully harness his powers, which eventually led him to become a Genshin Impact Harbinger.
Although many fans had hoped Dahlia would be a Dendro character in Genshin Impact, most would still welcome a new four-star Hydro support. Players are especially curious to see how the Attack Speed buffs will function, as this stat is not commonly emphasized by support characters in the game.
