Keep in mind that only one part of the Sea of Bygone Eras is accessible by completing the World Quest in Genshin Impact. The other part will be available once you complete other quests. Each Shrine of Depths requires a key that is obtained through a couple of methods while exploring Fontaine.
All Fontaine Shrine Of Depths Locations In Genshin Impact

From the Central Laboratory Ruins’ northern Teleport Waypoint, head north towards the slope, then climb it while going west. Eventually, players will find the fifth Shrine of Depths.

Now, head to the underwater Waypoint situated west of the Laboratory Ruins Teleport Waypoint. Swim northeast to find the sixth Shrine of Depths.

The seventh Shrine of Depths is near Loch Urania in Genshin Impact. Head to the Loch Urania Teleport Waypoint and climb the slope north to find the Shrine at the end.

Fast-travel to the eastern Waypoint of the Weeping Willow of the Lake and go southwest towards the eighth Shrine of Depths.

It is vital to collect Hydroculus in Genshin Impact and then offer it to the statue to level up. Luckily, the map displays the Hydroculus locations to help players in their exploration.
Another method for obtaining the Shrine of Depths Keys is by upgrading the Fountain of Lucine. Every Region has its own take on how to spend its Sigils, and Fontaine happens to be via the Fountain of Lucine.
