Shenhe Best Artifact In Genshin Impact
When building Shenhe in Genshin Impact, go for the Noblesse Oblige set as it further improves her ability to buff her team. Although Shenhe’s buff scales with her ATK, you would get better value off her buff if she uses the Noblesse Oblige set. You can still use two-piece sets, like Shimenawa's Reminiscence and Gladiator's Finale, to increase her ATK%, but it’s not as ideal as Noblesse Oblige.

Ineffa provides damage bonuses for Lunar-Charged reaction in Genshin Impact, so including Hydro characters in Ineffa team comps is highly recommended.
Since the Noblesse Oblige’s ATK% buff triggers when Shenhe casts her Elemental Burst, it’s important to build Shenhe with enough Energy Recharge. This will allow her to cast her Elemental burst on every rotation and trigger the ATK% buff for her team. If she has enough Energy Recharge and can Ult every rotation, then focus on her ATK%.
Shenhe Best Weapon In Genshin Impact
Calamity Queller is the Best-in-Slot weapon for Shenhe in Genshin Impact. It has a huge base ATK, a Sub-stat that further increases her ATK%, and a passive that also increases her ATK% even more. On the other hand, Engulfing Lightning may not be designed for Shenhe, but it’s a great choice for her. It offers an Energy Recharge sub-stat, which allows her to easily regain her Elemental Burst, and has a passive that enhances her ATK% based on her Energy Recharge. Like Calamity Queller, both 5-star Polearms are one of the best weapons for Shenhe, and are amazing for many Sub-DPS characters, so pulling for them won’t be a waste at all.
You can also go for 4-star options like Tamayuratei no Ohanashi or Lithic Spear. Tamayuratei no Ohanashi adds Energy Recharge to Shenhe’s stats while buffing her ATK% from its passive. Lithic Spear just keeps adding more and more ATK%, as long as you add more characters from Liyue.
The rest of the weapons for Shenhe are not comparable to the previous ones, but they still either give ATK% or Energy Recharge, which are two stats that she needs for her Elemental Burst and Cryo buff.
