Moonweaver's Dawn sword in Genshin Impact is a weapon that works perfectly with characters who constantly use Elemental Burst and have a low energy capacity. For example, Skirk doesn't have a traditional Energy capacity, meaning this sword is perfect for a Burst DPS Skirk. Meanwhile, characters like Ayaka can't fully benefit from it, since she has an Energy capacity of 80.
