According to the post, running low energy recharge parties is a very frequent problem in the community as many players focus on raw damage. The majority of players only focus on a single damage number that pops up when they hit their elemental burst. However, the more important thing for Genshin Impact's DPS characters is how often a party can trigger these high numbers.
Getting the right energy recharge character, artifacts and weapons can be tricky with Genshin Impact's RNG system. Luckily the current double banner re-run features one of the strongest characters in the game and the best energy recharge support, Raiden Shogun.
Raiden Shogun is the main antagonist of the whole Inazuma arc, and she currently holds the record for being the most pulled character on a single banner cycle. She's a machine for generating energy which makes her a must-have for team compositions that have energy problems. One of her main draws is probably that there is not a large difference between her C0 and C6 levels which means that players don't have to spend their Primogems in order for Raiden Shogun to be properly built.
The two five-star weapons on the weapon banner both have strong supporting capabilities. Engulfing Lightning is probably the best five-star polearm in Genshin Impact for support or sub-DPS characters. It's Raiden Shogun's signature weapon which means that players should try to equip her with this polearm. Everlasting Moonglow is a great fit for strong healers like Barbara or Sangonomiya Kokomi.
