Summary

  • Envisaged Echoes in Genshin Impact offer stylish trails for characters.
  • Genshin Impact recently revealed new Envisaged Echoes for Kazuha and Ganyu; the former getting a trail of leaves and the latter snowflakes.
  • Envisaged Echoes and Thespian Tricks are often added to Genshin Impact, providing new cosmetics.

Genshin Impact has shared the new Envisaged Echoes for Version 5.3, this time giving Kazuha and Ganyu a stylish trail for their spriting animations. While the Spiral Abyss and the Imaginarium Theater make up the endgame of Genshin Impact, the latter has been a perfect opportunity for the developers to add minor cosmetics. New gliders and outfits are rare in Genshin Impact, but Envisaged Echoes and Thespian Tricks have seen a quick and steady pace of release.

The Imaginarium Theater in Genshin Impact allows players to earn a Toy Medal and a Key of Echoes, two items that can be used to redeem cosmetic rewards in the lobby. These rewards aren't subject to FOMO, and they are always available to Genshin Impact players. Each new update in Genshin Impact added new Thespian Tricks and Envisaged Echoes to the Imaginarium Theater, and Version 5.3 is no different in this regard.

Though the information of Kazuha and Ganyu getting new Envisaged Echoes in Genshin Impact was known ahead of time, the developers finally shared an official look at the cosmetic rewards coming to the Imaginarium Theater in Version 5.3. Kazuha's Envisaged Echo is, rather unsurprisingly, a trail of autumn leaves, whereas Ganyu leaves a trail of large snowflakes in her wake.

Genshin Impact: Envisaged Echoes Added Thus Far

  • Jean: Dandelion Knight
  • Qiqi: Icy Resurrection
  • Ningguang: Eclipsing Star
  • Kirara: Cat Upon the Eaves
  • Diluc: Dark Side of Dawn
  • Zhongli: Vago Mundo
  • Keqing: Driving Thunder
  • Ganyu: Plenilune Gaze
  • Kazuha: Scarlet Leaves Pursue Wild Waves

Each Envisaged Echo comes with a specifically tailored domain, and some of them can be quite taxing in terms of difficulty. Not only do players need to possess two keys to unlock the challenge, but they must also prove their mastery of the Genshin Impact character before being granted their Envisaged Echo. This is in stark contrast to Thespian Tricks, which can be purchased outright for Toy Medals by speaking with Wolfy inside the Imaginarium Theater.

While Kazuha was recently featured on the Event Banners in Version 5.0, Ganyu will be available on the new Chronicled Banner in Genshin Impact. Furthermore, players will also be able to try her out as an Opening Character in the Imaginarium Theater. Though the Cryo element has seen better days, Ganyu has arguably aged well compared to other pre-Inazuma characters (such as Eula or Albedo). An example of a modern Ganyu team has Shenhe, Xilonen, and Zhongli as her party members, using the Elemental Shred of the latter two characters to maximize Ganyu's damage potential. It should be noted that while the Chronicled Banner will likely arrive during the second half of the patch, the Envisaged Echoes will be available immediately on patch day. Version 5.3 is set to launch on January 1, 2025.
