Fighting enemies for their material drop can be quite a chore in Genshin Impact, so facing a powerful foe is a nice change of pace. Starting from version 4.0 during Fontaine's release, players can find some Local Legends, which possess both a challenge and an achievement worth five Primogems in Genshin Impact.
Just like in Fontaine, Natlan also has its own set of Local Legends. This time, each Local Legend offers three tiers of achievement for a total of 35

Updated on April 11, 2025, by Nahda Nabiilah: Local Legends are tough enemies that are considered mini-bosses which can be found scattered around the world in Genshin Impact. Unlike normal bosses, defeating Local Legends barely yields any significant rewards. However, you will unlock certain Achievements, especially if Travelers complete the hidden requirements during the battle. Most Local Legends fights offer three achievements, rewarding 5,10, and 20 Primogems respectively. Other than the normal mini-bosses found while exploring the regions, some of them can only be fought during Night Trials.
Local Legends Locations In Natlan - Genshin Impact
There are nine Local Legends in Natlan as of Genshin Impact 5.5:

Polychrome Tri-Stars Location In Genshin Impact
Polychrome Tri-Stars in Genshin Impact is located north of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame. Teleport to the Waypoint in Huitztli Hill, then head southwest across the pond. There, three Genshin Impact Fatui Skirmishers are waiting for a chance to fight. Fighting these Skirmishers should be done when the weather is clear as a downpour will cause you to be rained with Elemental Reactions.

Sappho Amidst the Waves Location In Genshin Impact
Sappho Amidst the Waves is a very peaceful being in Genshin Impact. You'll find her playing a musical instrument, surrounded by animals. Approaching this NPC won't even start a fight since she's busy serenading the creatures. To battle her, you must attack either her or the animals.
You can find Sappho Amidst the Waves by teleporting to the Waypoint south of Tepeacac Rise, then heading southwest.

Balachko Fatui Agent Location In Genshin Impact
Balachko is a hidden Local Legend in Natlan as you must find two Key to Somewhere in Genshin Impact to unlock the gate he's prisoned in. To reach the Fatui Agent, teleport to the Domain northwest of Ameyalco Waters, then go southwest, underground.

Cocijo Purple Turtle Location In Genshin Impact
Cocijo is a purple Electro turtle in Genshin Impact that you can find southeast of People of the Springs' Statue of the Seven. After arriving at the spot that obviously looks like an arena, destroy all 
Electro Crystals in the vicinity to summon Cocijo.
