Mualani Best Artifact In Genshin Impact
Mualani is a burst-type character who needs to stack as much DMG as possible in a short period to let it all go in one hit. She mostly deals that burst DMG through her Elemental Burst and Shark Bite. However, there are a few important notes to take before building Mualani in Genshin Impact.
First, Mualani’s hits scale with her max HP, which means giving her an HP% Timepiece is a must. She also inflicts a great amount of Hydro DMG, especially if she triggers Crit hits, which prioritize building Mualani on Vaporize reactions on top of giving her Hydro and Crit DMG on Goblet and Circlet respectively.
The best artifacts for Mualani in Genshin Impact are the 4pc of Obsidian Codex since they increase her DMG while she’s on her Nightsoul Blessing during her Elemental Skill time. On top of that, Obsidian Codex grants Mualani a whopping 40% Crit Rate, which is insane for her build. You can also build Mualani with 4pc of Heart of Depth since her Sharky hits are considered Normal Attack DMG.
If you don’t have 4pc of Obsidian Codex or Heart of Depth, you can build Mualani with 2pc of HP% or Hydro DMG% by giving her many options like:

Mualani Best Weapon In Genshin Impact
There’s no doubt that Surf's Up is the best Catalyst for Mualani in Genshin Impact. As her Signature weapon, Surf's Up grants Mualani a great amount of Crit DMG while buffing her HP% and Normal Attack DMG.
Since Mualani gets a 40% Crit Rate from her artifacts in Genshin Impact, finding her weapons that increase her Crit DMG is necessary. 5-star Catalysts like Tome of the Eternal Flow or 4-star The Widsith are perfect as stat sticks even if Mualani didn’t fully benefit from their passives. Sacrificial Jade grants her a huge amount of Crit Rate, which is unnecessary unless you’re not building Mualani with Obsidian Codex.
Since the 4-star Crit Catalysts are limited, you can choose those with HP% as a Secondary Stat, like Ring of Yaxche and Ash-Graven Drinking Horn. Both weapons increase Mualani’s HP% by 41% while having a passive that scales well with her Max HP. You can also go with Mappa Mare and Prototype Amber as decent 4-star alternatives. Prototype Amber has HP% as a Secondary Stat while it regenerates Mualani’s Energy and offers her team a slight amount of healing. As for Mappa Mare, it’s a good F2P Forgeable weapon in Genshin Impact since it improves Mualani’s Elemental reactions while increasing her Hydro DMG.
