Motherboard Troubleshooting is one of the three available activities in Thelxie's Fantastic Adventure in Genshin Impact. The goal of this game is to bring the penguins to their respective bases, but there are some twists to the route the non-flying bird can take. Here's a summary of what players need to know:
- Broken circuits: A line that can't be crossed unless the circuit is connected first.
- Inductive switch: The switch that must be pressed to connect the broken circuits.
- Multi-Circuits: Colored endpoints that signify the penguin's destination.
- Branching Paths: A line that can't be crossed unless the circuit is facing the correct direction.
Stage 1 - Basic Circuit Structure
The first stage is really straightforward as players simply need to step on the inductive switch to fix the broken circuit.
Stage 2 - Beginner Open/Closed Principle
On stage 2 of the Motherboard Troubleshooting, Travelers must bring two penguins into the endpoints.
Stage 3 - Concise Synchronous Strategy
Stage 3 is the same as stage 2, but players are given distractions that they can ignore. Simply run the two penguins to their own base, and the first penguin will fix the second penguin's circuit in the process.
Stage 4 - Ingenious Assemblage Ideas
In stage 4 - Ingenious Assemblage Ideas, the second penguin must do all the work while the first can simply walk to its colored set.
Stage 5 - Efficient Signal Distribution

The second penguin will move first since the path is only accessible to it, while the first will move once the orange penguin steps on the orange switch.
Stage 6 - Precise Sequential Ranking
For the orange penguin to reach its destination, it has to take a little detour to give some time for the first penguin to set up the motherboard.
Stage 7 - Asynchronous Signal Processing
The second penguin must reach base number two, but it doesn't mean it can't go there first. In stage 7 of the Motherboard Troubleshooting event in Genshin Impact, the first penguin must take a detour so that the broken circuits can work properly.
Stage 8 - Comprehensive Control and Mastery
The last stage can be completed by making the first penguin take a longer walk. This gives the second penguin a chance to reach its endpoint first.
