Summary
- Xilonen is the most popular pick in the current Spiral Abyss, known for her Geo element support and adaptability.
- Citlali, another Natlan character, is a solid support option with shields and damage buffs often overlooked.
- Mavuika, the Pyro Archon, shines as a damage dealer with multiple roles, making her a top choice for teams.
An interesting Genshin Impact chart has revealed the most used characters in the current version of the famous Spiral Abyss. This Genshin Impact domain is considered by many to be the hardest part of the game, consisting of 12 different levels, also known as floors.
Each floor contains multiple chambers with a unique set of powerful enemies. Developer HoYoverse changes the enemy lineup twice a month, which means players need to constantly adjust their team compositions to improve their success rate, especially on the final two floors.
Rumor: Genshin Impact Leaks Details About Skirk and New Endgame
Thanks to a recent leak, Genshin Impact players may have gotten a first look into Skirk's ability kit, including what to expect from the new endgame.
A Reddit user named TaruTaru23 has revealed a list of the most used characters in the current Spiral Abyss for Version 5.5. According to the list, the most popular character in this version of the Spiral Abyss is the renowned Natlan Geo user Xilonen, with a pick rate of 91%. Since her release in update 5.1, Xilonen has quickly become one of the best support characters in Genshin Impact. Many players claim that she has significantly improved the overall state of the Geo element in the meta, as she addressed one of its biggest shortcomings: flexibility. Xilonen’s unique kit allows her to adapt to almost any team composition, and she’s also an ideal support for teams that rely on Nightsoul points.
Genshin Impact 5.5: Top 10 Most Used Spiral Abyss Characters
- Xilonen (91%)
- Citlali (88.5%)
- Mavuika (83%)
- Bennett (82.1%)
- Furina (80.1%)
- Neuvillette (65.4%)
- Kazuha (62.6%)
- Arlecchino (55.5%)
- Zhongli (44.7%)
- Wriothesley (35.9%)
The second character on the list, with an 88.5% pick rate, is another five-star from Natlan, Citlali, the famous fortune-teller. Her release somewhat flew under the radar, which isn’t too surprising considering she was featured alongside the Pyro Archon, Mavuika. Many fans were shocked to see both of them on the same banner, likely because the second part of Genshin Impact Version 5.3 took players back to the Liyue region. Like Xilonen, Citlali is also a solid support choice, offering strong shields and damage buffs.
The Pyro Archon herself took third place on the list, with an 83% usage rate. Mavuika has easily been the most popular character released in recent months, which isn’t surprising given her central role in the current Genshin Impact Archon Quest. She can fill several roles in a team composition, but she shines brightest as the main damage dealer.
Unsurprisingly, the most popular four-star character is Mondstadt’s unluckiest hero, Bennett. This Genshin Impact Pyro character was part of the original lineup back in 2020, and he remains a must-have unit for many players. Some even claim that if Bennett were released today, he’d likely be introduced as a five-star character.
