A Genshin Impact video shows a hilarious interaction between the recently introduced Pyro bow user Lyney with the popular Anemo sword character Kaedehara Kazuha. Lyney is a brand-new five-star character who is currently available on the Limited Character Banner alongside his sister Lynette.
He is not the only limited five-star character featured in the first banner cycle of Genshin Impact version 4.0 as HoYoverse decided to grant Yelan a second re-run. Players who want to get either of these characters have a couple of days to do so since their banner is scheduled to expire around September 5.
A Redditor named SKaffine has shared an interesting video that shows how Fontaine's most popular magician, Lyney, managed to make Kazuha disappear. This was accomplished by using Kazuha Elemental Skill at the same time when Lyney makes his Grin-Malkin Hats explode with the help of his Bewildering Lights. Kazuha's Chihayaburu makes him jump in the air which gives the impression that Lyney can make this character disappear. However, it should be noted that in order to make this trick realistic, players need to slightly tilt their camera angle downwards like it's shown in the video. The video was well-received in the community as the whole thread attracted over 3.6k upvotes on the game's main subreddit.
Many comments claim that the only thing that would make this video better is if Lyney's sister and assistant Lynette was also included. These two characters are the focal point of the ongoing Fontaine storyline and players can go through their quest which features one of the saddest storylines in the game. They are also tied to the infamous Harbinger Arlecchino who is yet to make an official in-game appearance.
However, her involvement in one of the first Fontaine teaser videos confirms that she will play the role of the main villain in this region. There is a high chance that she will end up swapping to the good side which would probably also make Arlecchino join the playable roster. This would not be the first time for a Harbinger to become a good character as Travelers went through a similar process with Wanderer, previously known as Scaramouche, during the Sumeru arc.
The two characters shown in the video, Lyney and Kazuha, actually have a decent synergy on the battlefield. When building the optimal team composting for Lyney, players usually combine him with two Pyro users and a neutral support which is where Kazuha can step in.
