One of two characters (the other being her brother Lyney) used to introduce the Fontaine region all the way back in 2020, Lynette has finally been released in Genshin Impact. An Anemo sword user, Lynette is a four-star unit and a fascinating Ousia user.
Working as Lyney's assistant and partner in their magic show, Lynette seems to prefer a more quiet, introverted role in contrast to her extroverted and attention-seeking brother. Players who have taken a liking to her and want to ascend her will need the items outlined in this guide.

Lynette Ascension Items

Gemstones - Where to Find Vayuda Turquoise
Vayuda Turquoise, the elemental gem used by all Anemo characters, is obtained in many ways. The bulk of it can be found by defeating bosses capable of dropping it (including trounce challenges). These bosses are:
- Anemo Hypostasis
- Maguu Kenki
- Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network
- Setekh Wenut
- Icewind Suite (Coppelia)
- Dvalin (Confront Stormterror)
- Scaramouche (Joururi Workshop)

Enemy Drop - Where to Find Artificed Spare Clockwork Component — Coppelia
Like her common enemy drop, Lynette's boss material is clockwork themed. She'll use the drop from one half of the Icewind Sutie, Coppelia. This item is known as the Artificed Spare Clockwork Component, and players will need to defeat Coppelia of the Icewind Suite to obtain it.
Boss Drop - How to Get Clockwork Meka Gears
By defeating a new type of enemy introduced in Fontaine, the Clockwork Meka enemies, players can obtain various levels of gears. These gears are used to ascend Lynette and upgrade her talents. At higher levels, they can drop better and better gears:
- Any level: Meshing Gear
- Level 40+: Mechanical Spur Gear
- Level 60+: Artificed Dynamic Gear
These enemies are found throughout Fontaine, basically everywhere in the region.
Local Specialty - Lumidouce Bell Locations

Talent Books - Order
There are three talent book series in Fontaine, and the one Lynette uses is the Order series. These can be obtained from the Pale Forgotten Glory on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Trounce Materials - Everamber
After completing the Homecoming quest in Nahida's second Story Quest, players will unlock the Realm of Beginnings domain. By clearing it and paying Resin for the rewards, they can obtain Everamber, which is used in Lynette's talent upgrades.
