Genshin Impact will reportedly introduce a new World Quest centered around Natlan's "god of war," Huitzilopochtli, alongside the main event, "Tournament of Glory in Bloom." The patch will feature multiple side events with the return of the "Rhythm Ball" event and two new events, one reportedly inspired by Ultimate Chicken Horse and the other referred to as a "UFC" battle event. Genshin Impact's Version 5.5 is currently expected to launch on March 26.

- Two new Artifact sets
- Huitzilopochtli World Quest

Genshin Impact looks to have a wide array of content coming to the game beyond its new characters and variety of events. Alongside the previously-mentioned addition of Varesa and Iansan, Genshin Impact will introduce two brand-new areas to Natlan during Version 5.5 with the "Ancient Sacred Mountain" and "Sanctified Wilds." The update is also expected to add a pair of new Artifact sets to the game, focused on benefitting both characters centered around Plunging Attacks and Cryo element characters.
Beyond Version 5.5, leaks from Genshin Impact have begun to hint not only at the game's next region but a variety of new characters as well. Recent rumors have suggested that HoYoverse will not be featuring the full Snezhnaya in Version 6.0, instead adding the city-state of Nod-Krai and more expansions to past regions. Numerous new characters have also been teased through the end of Natlan's cycle and beyond, with Dahlia, Ifa, and the long-awaited Skirk among the rumored roster additions. Genshin Impact's future has slowly started to become more clear with plenty of exciting content still ahead.
