While HoYoverse has yet to reveal any official information about Genshin Impact Version 5.4, multiple beta leaks suggest that it will be packed with new content, including a new character and multiple weapon additions. A new post on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has revealed details about a new four-star weapon that will be available for free in the next update. The weapon is called Brief Pavilion Chatter, and it is a four-star polearm. Many fans claim this is one of the best-designed four-star weapons in Genshin Impact.

They also stated that it will be a great choice for Xiangling, one of the most reliable four-star characters in the game. Xiangling will benefit significantly from the weapon's Energy Recharge, especially since players will probably be able to max out its Refinement Levels, as these event weapons are usually not featured on Genshin Impact's Weapon Banner.
Many players seem excited about the upcoming Weapon Event quests since recent leaks revealed that the upcoming storyline will take the Travelers back to Genshin Impact's Inazuma region. The fact that the recently revealed five-star character Mizuki belongs to the Electro nation gives more credibility to these rumors.
Unfortunately, Mizuki will be a new catalyst user, meaning she won't be able to use this free four-star polearm. The fact that she is the only new five-star addition suggests that HoYoverse will likely include three re-run banners in 5.4. One of them is expected to feature Mondstadt's favorite bard, Venti, since he is the only Genshin Impact Archon who has not appeared on a banner since Natlan arrived.
