A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed the pulling animations for the three upcoming characters: Clorinde, Sigewinne, and Sethos. All three have already been officially confirmed to arrive in the upcoming version 4.7, which should drop around June 5, according to the game's usual update schedule.
Genshin Impact's gacha system allows players to acquire characters through their banners. There are two main character banner types in the game: the Limited Character Banner and the Standard Character Banner. Each drop from these banners has a unique wishing animation in the form of a falling star. The stars' colors reveal the rarity of the drops.
Genshin Impact Reveals Most Used Spiral Abyss Characters in Update 4.6
A new Genshin Impact chart reveals the most used characters in the first phase of the ongoing Spiral Abyss domain for Version 4.6
A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed the wishing animations for the already announced Clorinde, Sigewinne, and Sethos. Clorinde and Sigewinne will have a five-star rarity, which means that they will be much harder to obtain thanks to a 90-wish pity. This means that Travelers have a 1 in 90 chance to get a five-star drop while pulling for these characters. When wishing on Genshin Impact's Limited Character Banner, there is a 50/50 chance that the drop will feature a character from the standard banner. When it comes to the new characters' power on the field, recent leaks have revealed that Clorinde is expected to be a new Electro DPS.
Genshin Impact: Clorinde, Sigewinne, and Sethos Roles Explained
Similar to Genshin Impact's recently introduced Arlecchino, Clorinde's kit will also feature the Bond of Life effect, which means that players should not surround her with their usual support crew. Bond of Life limits the characters' incoming healing effects, meaning that Travelers could be better off pairing Clorinde with a powerful shielder instead of using healers in their team compositions.
Even though many players expected to be a new healer due to her role as the head nurse of the Fortress of Meropide infirmary, recent Genshin Impact leaks have revealed that she could be a better off-field support. Her Elemental Skill allows Sigewinne to blow a Hydro bubble that bounces around the field, dealing AoE damage. The Elemental Burst equips Sigewinne with a large syringe which she uses as a machine gun.
Sethos is a mysterious Electro character who comes from the nation of Sumeru. He will be the first four-star character to arrive since Gaming, who was introduced during the Lantern Rite Festival in Genshin Impact update 4.4. According to previous leaks, Sethos will also be a new DPS unit with a powerful kit that scales with Elemental Master, which is very common for Sumeru characters.
