According to the post, Citlali is not expected to debut as a standard banner character with her release in Version 5.3, with the character only expected to be available through her limited gacha banner. HoYoverse has previously added two new five-star characters to Genshin Impact's standard rotation following their limited banner in Tighnari and Dehya, while most four-star units are added after a patch or two. Version 5.3 is currently expected to release on January 1.
