A new leak from Genshin Impact is teasing notable buffs to some of the game's oldest characters in a future update, hinting at their connection to the Hexenzirkel. The newest region to be added to the beloved HoYoverse RPG has looked to up the ante on the game's long-running story, with several major factions coming into play. Nod-Krai has teased everything from the Fatui and the Treasure Hoarders to the Knights of Favonius being involved in Genshin Impact's newest story. Now, Genshin Impact's most mysterious organization is set to play a major role soon.
The Hexenzirkel has been one of the most secretive organizations within Teyvat since Genshin Impact's original release in late 2020. The organization is said to be centered around a group of incredibly powerful witches who meet in secret, with some even said to rival the gods of Teyvat in power. HoYoverse has already hinted at several Hexenzirkel members planned to appear throughout Nod-Krai, including Nicole Reeyn and the long-rumored Alice. A new leak is now hinting at some special buffs coming for characters connected to the Hexenzirkel.

Genshin Impact Leak Hints at Buffs to Older Characters
A new update shared by Genshin Impact leaker Kokomi is teasing some new buffs coming to Hexenzirkel-associated characters. According to the leaks, both Venti and Klee will benefit from special gameplay boosts when paired in teams with Hexenzirkel characters, specifically mentioning Durin, Albedo, Mona, Fischl, Sucrose, and Razor as the other characters. Venti will reportedly gain a buff to his Normal Attacks after using his Elemental Burst, infusing his attacks with Anemo and piercing through enemies. Klee will similarly gain a buff to her Normal Attacks, with every third attack said to automatically fire a Charged Attack as well.
The buffs to Venti and Klee also give some major hints about the Hexenzirkel's involvement in Genshin Impact's story. The leak suggests that several new characters not previously aligned with the Hexenzirkel may become involved with the group, particularly with Fischl and Razor's inclusion. The Hexenzirkel has already played a role in Genshin Impact's event stories several times, particularly with Alice working to orchestrate many of the game's summer events. The post did not reveal a release date for the new buffs related to Genshin Impact's Hexenzirkel characters.
With Nod-Krai's cycle only recently kicking off, Genshin Impact looks to have lots in store in the future for fans. HoYoverse will officially roll out the "Luna 2" update for Genshin Impact later this week, adding Nefer as a new five-star Dendro character alongside a re-run for Hydro Archon Furina. The patch will also feature the launch of the new "Miliastra Wonderland" game mode, featuring user-generated content and customizable characters for players to try out. Genshin Impact's Luna 2 update should give players plenty of new exciting content to experience within the RPG.
