With every character banner in Genshin Impact, the game also endorses a weapon banner. Its highlighted equipment usually includes the best-in-slot item for the promoted 5-star unit. If two premium Genshin Impact characters are available at the same time, then the weapon banner will simultaneously feature their signature gears. For example, when Xiao and Shenhe were the rate-up units, the weapon banner features both Calamity Queller and Primordial Jade Winged-Spear.
Meanwhile, if only one person is featured in the character banner, then the second weapon usually comes at random. For instance, with Yae Miko's banner, the promoted weapons include Kagura and Jade Cutter. Kagura's Verity is Yae Miko's best Catalyst in Genshin Impact, while Primordial Jade Cutter is unrelated to her. Between these two weapons, which will be more beneficial for players to pull for?
Is Kagura's Verity Worth It?

Passive: Gains one stack when using an Elemental Skill; each stack increases Elemental Skill DMG by 12% for 16 seconds.
- 3 stacks is the maximum. The character wielding the weapon will gain a 12% to all Elemental DMG Bonus when they possess 3 stacks.
Unless players are planning on getting Yae Miko, Kagura's Verity is mostly not worth it. Only Yae Miko can fully benefit from the Catalyst's passive, as her main source of damage comes from her Elemental Skill. Luckily, though, the weapon has a great Crit DMG Sub-stat, so it can be a decent weapon for Genshin Impact Catalyst character that is meant to deal damage.
Kagura's Verity Tier List
Another viable user for this pink Catalyst is Lisa, whose low-cooldown Tap Skill can easily be spammed to achieve the weapon's max stack. But if players use the Librarian as a DPS, then Kagura's Verity won't perform as well as other Catalysts like Skyward Atlas or Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds. Is Primordial Jade Cutter Worth It?

- Passive: +20% HP. ATK increases by 1.2% of the wielder's Max HP.
The easy answer is, yes, Primordial Jade Cutter is worth it. So far, there's no character that will perform "badly" when equipped with this weapon. Unless HoYoverse releases another character that can't Crit, the Primordial Jade Cutter likely will remain one of the best Swords in Genshin Impact.
Primordial Jade Cutter Tier List
Thanks to its massive Critical Rate Sub-stat, this weapon is best wielded by offensive units. DPS characters like Keqing can easily utilize this weapon. Meanwhile, Ayaka is a viable user if players didn't equip her with 4-Blizzard Strayer. Other than Main DPS, Sub-DPS like Xingqiu, Kazuha, and Albedo can also greatly fare with Primordial Jade Cutter.

- A-Tier: Xingqiu, Kazuha, Albedo, Kaeya, Traveler
- B-Tier: Jean, Qiqi (DPS), Bennett (Good for its high Base ATK)
