Melusine plays a large part in Genshin Impact Fontaine quest, where there are almost 10 different quests to go through. Most of these tasks are short and simple, but they can easily feel like a chore for some people.

Fortunately, Genshin Impact prepares the correct incentive to encourage people to finish all the available Melusine quests. After the required missions are completed, there’s a secret event that can be triggered and will eventually grant the It's Fish, I Added Fish achievement in Genshin Impact. Here’s everything players need to know about it.

How To Get It's Fish, I Added Fish Achievement In Genshin Impact

it's Fish I added fish achievement Genshin Impact

If players wish to get the It’s Fish, I Added Fish achievement in Genshin Impact, they need to finish the following quests:

  1. Complete Ancient Colors quest
  2. Complete the “Hey, this isn’t Pumpkin Soup…” quest
  3. Complete the Book of Esoteric Revelations quest
  4. Complete the Strange Stone Chronicle quest
  5. Complete the Echoes of the Ancient World quest

Once all the quests are done, return to Merusea Village, and players will see three Melusines around Verenata’s pot. Approach them to trigger a conversation. If any of the Melusine is involved in any other quest, it may contribute to the mission not being available.

Strange Stone Chronicle has a follow-up, so if players can’t trigger the next part, it’s likely because the quest isn’t fully complete yet. The task is fully done once Travelers obtain the Birth of the Modern Clock achievement.

Next, speak to the three Melusines and give them the required item:

  • Verenata: Bacon
  • Canotila: Bird Egg
  • Puca: Flour

Once all three ingredients are collected, the Melusines will make a Poissonchant Pie, and Serene’s birthday celebration will begin. After the festivity is complete, players will earn:

Serene And Poissonchant Pie

Serene And Poissonchant Pie

Serene is some sort of the village chief of Merusea Village in Genshin Impact. Although this title is not officially bestowed upon her, she has always been the Melusine who helps others and ensures the well-being of the villagers. Because of this, Serene is greatly appreciated by the community, which is why her birthday celebration is meant to be a significant gesture.

Poissonchant Pie may seem quite horrid in terms of aesthetics, but of course, the sentiment is not shared by the Melusine. Once players obtain the recipe for this dish, they can whip one out themselves by using:

  • Fish x3
  • Flour x2
  • Bird Egg x1
  • Bacon x1

Poissonchant Pie is a 3-star rarity dish with a revival effect. Downed characters consuming this food will be revived with 900 to 1500 HP, so it’s similar to meals like Konda Cuisine, Sakura Mochi, Fullmoon Egg, Golden Shrimp Balls, and Crab, Ham & Veggie Bake.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
