A Genshin Impact fan has recreated the game's famous loading screen in Minecraft. The anime-inspired graphic style often inspires fans to take some of Teyvat's most recognizable landmarks and replicate them in entirely different environments.

HoYoverse seems to be expanding Genshin Impact's playable terrain with every other update that hits the live servers. The previous version 3.4 introduced a new part of Sumeru's iconic desert. Rumors claim that the upcoming version 3.6 could introduce the last Sumeru expansion, at least for the foreseeable future.

Reddit user shofopp has shared an impressive in-game screenshot of a model they created in Minecraft. The fan-art features the loading screen players can experience before entering the world of Teyvat. There is not much information about this mysterious location, but players are expected to be tied to Celestia. The only time that players visit this location is in the very first cutscene in which they encounter the unknown God known as "The Sustainer of Heavenly Principles" who caused the separation between the popular sibling duo, Lumine and Aether. During the fight, players are required to choose one of them who will become their main character whose primary goal is to find their long-lost sibling.

Celestia, also known as the floating island, can be seen from almost any point on the map. Players expect this region to arrive to the game after all seven major nations in Genshin Impact become explorable. Over the last couple of updates, HoYoverse updated switched the previous version of the floating island, which used to be a 2D image, with a brand-new 3D model. Even though Celestia looks much more realistic now, this model still probably serves as a placeholder for a detailed version of this region that might arrive in the future.

Celestia's exact location is still unknown, but some Genshin Impact players have figured out its approximate position by using simple geometry. While observing its position in the sky from different Teyvat landmarks, players came to the conclusion that Celestia is located above the Fontaine region which is placed west of the current Liyue region.

If HoYoverse continues its usual pattern of releasing new major updates, players can expect Fontaine to arrive around mid-August 2023. Recent Genshin Impact leaks have revealed that the next major update could also introduce a new part of Mondstadt, which is the first region that arrived with the game back in 2020.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
