To beat Ichcahuipilli’s Aegis in Genshin Impact, you must understand the challenge’s mechanics. The boss will regularly toss your characters into another dimension where you fight Nightsoul warriors to increase your damage. The catch is that every time you defeat one of them, you get extra damage against Ichcahuipilli’s Aegis but your HP starts depleting quickly. The more Nightsoul warriors you defeat, the faster your HP will deplete.
If you’re not interested in getting Achievements, then get a shielder to absorb all the incoming damage. You can also skip defeating the Nightsoul warriors by waiting a few seconds and leaving the dimension the boss puts you in. It won’t increase your damage, but you won’t suffer from losing HP. You can get one Achievement each time you fight Ichcahuipilli’s Aegis, so you can target each fight with a different team.

Getting the first Achievement is easy when fighting Ichcahuipilli’s Aegis Night’s Trial in Genshin Impact. All you have to do is defeat the boss. However, it gets really complicated for the next two Achievements.
For the second Achievement, you have to defeat 10 Nightsoul warriors inside the other dimension, which can be extremely rough considering how fast you lose HP at the end. In order to do so, get some overpowered off-field healers in Genshin Impact and keep their healing active as your character quickly finishes the 10 warriors.
For the last Achievement, you need to defeat Ichcahuipilli’s Aegis without being hit by any of their attacks. It can be hard considering you can’t bring a shielder to do the job for you. You’ll actually have to dodge for once to get the job done. So, good luck suffering for 20 Primogems. On a serious note, it’s best to use characters that deal damage off-field, like Yae Miko, Kokomi, and Nahida. That way, you’ll be able to keep dealing damage to the boss while keeping your focus on dodging all the attacks.

You can find Ichcahuipilli’s Aegis in the northern part of Natlan in Genshin Impact. The Special Obsidian Totem is located north of Huitztli Hill, right above the Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant boss.
