To get The Very Special Fortune Slip Quest in Genshin Impact, players must first finish four missions given by Gendou Ringo at the Grand Narukami Shrine. Other than that, the following things also have to be fulfilled to finish the quest:
- Complete the Omnipresence Over Mortals Quest (Chapter II: Act III of the Archon Quest)
- Be at least Adventure Rank 40
To trigger the mission given by Gendou Ringo, players should go to the spot west of the Araumi Teleport Waypoint and defeat the surrounding enemies:
- Electro Fatui Skirmisher
- Geo Fatui Skirmisher
- Pyro Fatui Skirmisher
Afterward, they'll need to read the Tattered Notes, and be sure to claim the Genshin Impact Common Chest next to it.
Now, players have to draw a Fortune Slip at the Grand Narukami Shrine. The next day, players can talk to Gendou Ringo to get the second mission. This time, they'll need to go to the small river west of the Kujou Encampment Teleport Waypoint and find a Kairagi: Dancing Thunder, Mousey Maki.

On the following day, players should return to Gendou Ringo to receive another task. This time, they'll have to go back to the Day 1 location and wait (or fast-forward the time) until midnight. The enemies present are as follows:
- Nobushi: Kikouban ×1
- Yoriki Samurai ×3
The Very Special Fortune Slip Quest - Day 4
Finally, for the fourth and final day, players should go west from the Genshin Impact Jakotsu Mine Teleport Waypoint to find a cave with several Nobushi in it. Next to the cooking pot nearby, there is a glowing spot to investigate.
Subsequently, players will need to walk along the shore and find a Nobushi: Kikouban, Demonbane Kin.
Once the target is defeated, they can teleport to the Grand Narukami Shrine and go to Gendou Ringo's booth. However, the Shrine Maiden will not be there. Instead, there will be a glowing spot for players to investigate.
After investigating the booth, players need to go to the broken bridge northeast of the Grand Narukami Shrine. There, some secrets will be revealed, and the Shrine Maiden will tell the Traveler to wait for her next instruction.
