Genshin Impact players may recognize Quahuacan Cliff as the home of the Flower-Feather Clan. The tribe is mainly known for their exceptional skills in flight as the landscape is abundant in the mountains. Some notable characters from the region are Chasca and Ifa, and if players want to make exploration easier, equipping either of them to your team will greatly suffice.
Aside from the usual chests one would find around Quahuacan Cliff, Genshin Impact players should also be on the lookout for any hidden chests that they might miss. Some of these chests are either hidden behind puzzles or quests, so it’s pretty easy to miss out on them if you don’t pay close attention. Here are all the hidden chests in Quahuacan Cliff for players to collect.
Quahuacan Cliff Hidden Chest #1
Head to the teleport waypoint indicated in the image above and southwest towards this Saurian Tribe Warrior camp. You need to first defeat all the enemies in the camp before completing this hidden puzzle. There are 3 keys you need to find to unlock the cages:
- The first key is located near a tub of paint on the wooden deck.
- The second key is located underneath the foot of the animal (you might need to hit its foot to get it to move).
- The third key is located under the wooden deck near some barrels.
Once you’ve grabbed all the keys, go ahead and unlock all the cages to release the Tepetlisaurus. The hidden chest can be obtained after defeating the enemies that come after you and you’ll receive a remarkable chest upon doing so.
Quahuacan Cliff Hidden Chest #2
This hidden chest is related to the previous puzzle and requires you to follow the Tepetlisaurus that you freed earlier. You’ll find them a couple meters from the camp and all you need to do is dig up the chest near them.
Quahuacan Cliff Hidden Chest #3
This next hidden chest is located southwest of the Statue of Seven and inside a small cave. Once you head in the direction of the given location, you need to glide off the cliff and immediately turn around to spot the cave as it’s terribly easy to miss. Here’s how you can solve the puzzle and grab the hidden chest:
- First, move the dragon idol forward.
- Next, grab the painting of the rock to your right and place it in the spot in front of you (this is the position where the dragon idol previously was).
- Move the dragon idol back into position and now take a picture.
- An exquisite chest will spawn once you do so.
Quahuacan Cliff Hidden Chest #4
This next hidden chest is located southeast of the Statue of Seven and near the waterfall below it. Glide down midway and keep an eye out for these small blue rocks. You’ll need to use an Iktomisaurus or a Masters of the Night-Wind character to grab the rock from the painting behind it and place it on the two blue rocks in front of you.
Completing it will create a bridge for the baby Tepetlisaurus and all you need to do is follow it to the other side where it will give you an exquisite chest.
Quahuacan Cliff Hidden Chest #5
Teleport back to the Statue of Seven and head west on the map towards the shore. You need to keep an eye out for this couple who are seated in the middle of a heart. Your goal is to basically use the Iktomisaurus skill to grab the stone painting on the ground and complete the bottom of the heart. You’ll receive a common chest and an achievement upon doing so.
Quahuacan Cliff Hidden Chest #6
Teleport to the reputation waypoint inside the Flower-Feather Clan and head east towards Pixica to start the balloon challenge with Zyanya. Head over to Zyanya and once you speak to her, the challenge will start. The deck you’re standing on will begin to move, and you need to shoot all the balloons in the area. Once you’re done, you’ll receive a common chest.
Quahuacan Cliff Hidden Chest #7
Go to the location shown in the image above and head towards the small clearing to find some baby Tepetlisaurus hanging out. Go over to the cooking station and make a dish of Saurus Crackers, and place it in the dish to your right. Next, use the skill of an Iktomisaurus or Masters of the Night-Wind character to grab the rock blocking the Tepetlisaurus on the far right. You’ll receive a precious chest once you’re done.
Quahuacan Cliff Hidden Chest #8
This chest is extremely close to the previous one and if you just head behind the rock formation you were previously at, you’ll find the location at the edge of a cliff near a Qucusaurus. You need to use the rock that you grabbed from the previous puzzle and use it to complete the circle in this onc. Doing so will reward you with a common chest.
Quahuacan Cliff Hidden Chest #9
Teleport to the waypoint north of the Flower-Feather Clan and glide left towards the mountain you see up ahead. There needs to be a baby Tepetlisaurus trapped in a cage and your goal is to rescue it. Once you unlock the cage, follow the Tepetlisaurus and it will lead you to a common chest.
Quahuacan Cliff Hidden Chest #10
This next hidden chest can be found on the mountain left from your previous position and you’ll need to shoot each of the balloons to unlock the hidden challenge. Transform into the Qucusaurus nearby and fly through each of the rings. Once you reach the end, you’ll be able to get an exquisite chest.
