Zibai Best Team Comps In Genshin Impact
Being a Geo character with mechanics that revolve around the Lunar-Crystallize gives Zibai solid options for her team in Genshin Impact. She needs to stay on the field for the entire duration of her Elemental Skill, putting more importance on her team having low field time. Here are the best teams for Zibai in Genshin Impact:
- Zibai Premium Team: Zibai + Columbina + Illuga + Aino
- Zibai Hexerei Team: Zibai + Columbina + Albedo + Fischl
- Zibai F2P Team: Zibai + Xingqiu + Illuga + Aino
Zibai + Columbina + Illuga + Aino
It's important to always include Columbina in Zibai's teams, as Columbina grants the team a ridiculous amount of buffs to Lunar reactions. She also follows up with the team's Lunar-Crystallize reactions to trigger even more Lunar-Crystallize reactions. Zibai also buffs Columbina's Lunar-Crystallize reactions, on top of her own, giving more value to the synergy between Zibai and Columbina.
Both Illuga and Aino are 4-star characters that are essential for these kinds of teams because of their buffs and debuffs. Illuga is a Geo buffer who can greatly increase the DMG of Zibai and her Lunar-Crystallize reactions. He increases Zibai's Crit Rate and DMG while also increasing the team's Elemental Mastery. Additionally, having to include only Geo and Hydro characters in the team isn't an issue for Illuga's kit since Zibai needs those characters to increase her DEF% and Elemental Mastery. It also makes it easier for Zibai's teams to trigger more Lunar-Crystallize. Finally, on C6, Aino notably increases the team's Lunar reactions in Genshin Impact.
You can replace Illuga with Zhongli, who grants Zibai more sustain with his shields. As for Aino, you can replace her with many Hydro characters who are amazing off-field Hydro enablers, like Kokomi, Xingqiu, and Yelan in Genshin Impact. Non-Nod-Krai characters are safe to include, since Zibai and Columbina are enough to reach the team's Moonsign.
Zibai + Columbina + Albedo + Fischl
You can build a Hexerei team around Zibai if the team includes Albedo, who's a solid off-field Geo enabler. You can consider either Mona or Fischl to activate the synergy with Albedo.
Mona will further improve the team's Lunar-Crystallize reactions and ensure Zibai is fully buffed from her passive. On the other hand, Fischl triggers Electro-Charged reactions with the help of Columbina's Moonsign Benediction passive.

Of course, the team will lose the support of a premium character that rivals Archons with her kit, but Zibai will have her F2P team. Xingqiu operates as a battery for the team while also dealing an acceptable off-field Hydro DMG.
This Zibai team only has Hydro and Geo characters, fulfilling her and Illuga's passive requirements. It also exclusively triggers Lunar-Crystallize reactions, giving more value to Zibai's buff to Lunar-Crystallize reactions.
