Team Comp |
|||
Since she needs Hydro and Cryo characters in her team, Skirk teams might face some limitations in Genshin Impact. On the other hand, there are a lot of Cryo and Hydro units that can join Skirk teams. So, here’s a list of the best teams for Skirk in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact Tier List
Here's a Genshin Impact tier list to help players see who's in the meta and who isn't.
The teams listed below are not in any particular order.
1 Skirk + Escoffier + Furina + Ayato
Ayato’s Elemental Burst in Genshin Impact continuously applies Hydro in a large area, even when he’s off-field. Not only that, but Ayato’s garden of purity increases Skirk’s Normal Attack DMG by 20% with a near 100% uptime, which is more than enough when considering the team’s rotation. Furina also helps with the Hydro application while she’s notably buffing the entire team’s DMG.
Of course, to pull Furina’s buff, players need a healer in this Skirk team, which is Escoffier. She’s not only a sufficient healer who quickly meets Furina’s requirements, but Escoffier also greatly reduces enemies’ resistance to Hydro and Cryo while dealing a lot of off-field Cryo DMG.
Players can also replace Ayato with Shenhe to team three strong Supports with Skirk, or Mona to hold Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers. Even Mualani can help Skirk if she holds the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City artifact. Basically, the fourth slot is flexible; as long as the team has only Cryo and Hydro buffers and debuffers, it will maximize Skirk’s buffs from her kit and allow her to deal maximum DMG.
Team Roles
- Skirk: Main DPS, Cryo Enabler
- Escoffier: Support, Sub-DPS, Cryo Enabler, Debuffer, Healer
- Furina: Support, Sub-DPS, Hydro Enabler, Buffer, Healer
- Ayato: Sub-DPS, Hydro Enabler, Buffer
2 Skirk + Citlali + Shenhe + Yelan
To add more variety and showcase how easy it is to build a Skirk team in Genshin Impact, this team will have three different Hydro and Cryo characters. In this team, Skirk’s Normal Attacks also trigger Yelan’s coordinated Hydro Attacks, which create an endless amount of Frozen reactions. Although Yelan is the only Hydro unit, she’s more than capable of fulfilling her role as a Hydro Enabler. Citlali utilizes her strong Cryo application to trigger more Frozen reactions while shredding enemies’ resistance to Yelan’s Hydro. As for Shenhe, she operates as a buffer for Skirk’s Cryo DMG while further reducing enemies' resistance to Cryo.
Ineffa Team Composition Guide In Genshin Impact
Ineffa provides damage bonuses for Lunar-Charged reaction in Genshin Impact, so including Hydro characters in Ineffa team comps is highly recommended.
All in all, as long as there are Cryo and Hydro characters dealing off-field DMG and offering decent buffs and debuffs, Skirk teams will always shine in Genshin Impact.
Team Roles
- Skirk: Main DPS, Cryo Enabler
- Citlali: Support, Shielder, Cryo Enabler, Debuffer
- Shenhe: Support, Cryo Enabler, Buffer, Debuffer
- Yelan: Sub-DPS, Hydro Enabler, Buffer
3 Skirk + Escoffier + Furina + Kazuha
Skirk operates at her best when she’s teaming with Hydro and Cryo characters in Genshin Impact. That gives players a lot of freedom when building Skirk’s team, as there are a lot of useful characters that can join her team. At the same time, it also restricts Skirk from teaming with other elements since it’s not easy to compensate for the DMG loss.
The only characters outside Hydro and Cryo that can effectively team up with Skirk in Genshin Impact are Kazuha and Xilonen, since their buffs and debuffs are universally useful. Kazuha giving Skirk ~40% extra Cryo DMG alongside shredding enemies' resistance to Cryo DMG by 40% is worth it.
On the other hand, team Skirk with Escoffier and Furina to maximize the buffs and debuffs Skirk can get from this team. Kazuha also has good Crowd Control, where he’ll collect enemies in one spot to make the most of Skirk's Normal Attacks.
Team Roles
- Skirk: Main DPS, Cryo Enabler
- Escoffier: Support, Sub-DPS, Cryo Enabler, Debuffer, Healer
- Furina: Support, Sub-DPS, Hydro Enabler, Buffer, Healer
- Kazuha: Support, Crowd Control, Buffer, Debuffer
4 Skirk + Nahida + Shenhe + Thoma
Skirk works best with Frozen reactions, but she can still work in Melt teams in Genshin Impact, although it's more of a fun comp since Melt is not included in her A1. The idea is to add one Dendro and one Pyro character to Skirk’s team so they can trigger the Burning reaction. The reaction will continuously apply Pyro on enemies as Skirk consumes them to trigger Melt, greatly increasing her DPS.
Ineffa Build In Genshin Impact
Ineffa may look like a support, but her Genshin Impact build is so offensive that she could be a main DPS, if not for her poor Normal Attack scalings.
First, Skirk needs a strong Dendro Enabler like Nahida or Emilie in Genshin Impact. After that, adding a decent Pyro Enabler completes the task and sets the field ready for Skirk to dominate it. The downside to this Skirk team comp is the massive DMG buff Skirk loses when her team isn’t fully made of Cryo and Hydro units.
Team Roles
- Skirk: Main DPS, Cryo Enabler
- Nahida: Support, Sub-DPS, Dendro Enabler, Buffer
- Shenhe: Support, Cryo Enabler, Buffer, Debuffer
- Thoma: Support, Shielder, Pyro Enabler, Buffer
5 Skirk + Xingqiu + Dahlia + Layla
For an F2P Skirk team in Genshin Impact, team Skirk with Xingqiu to allow both to continuously apply their elements when she’s attacking. Both Dahlia and Layla operate as shielders with a small buff to Skirk’s DPS. Dahlia increases Skirk's Attack SPD, which notably improves her Normal Attacks. As for Layla in Genshin Impact, her fourth Constellation increases Skirk’s Normal Attack DMG based on her Max HP. Although this Skirk team is not comparable to the previous ones, it’s still a sufficient team that can get the job done.
Other 4-star alternatives for Dahlia/Layla include Candace, Rosaria, Mika, Diona, and Charlotte.
Team Roles
- Skirk: Main DPS, Cryo Enabler
- Xingqiu: Sub-DPS, Hydro Enabler, Minor Healer
- Dahlia: Support, Shielder, Buffer
- Layla: Support, Shielder, Cryo Enabler, Buffer
