As a Support unit who depends on his Elemental Burst, it’s easy to build Dahlia’s artifact set in Genshin Impact. Give Dahlia the Noblesse Oblige set, and it will grant him the ability to buff the team’s ATK% by 20% every time he casts his Elemental Burst. The set’s effect almost has the same duration as Dahlia’s Ultimate’s cooldown, which is perfect for his gameplay as a Support in Genshin Impact.
