Skyward Blade is only a decent weapon for Dahlia in Genshin Impact because of its Energy Recharge Sub-stat. Other than that, the 5-star standard weapon doesn’t offer anything for the 4-star Hydro character. If players don’t have Skyward Blade, there are a lot of other options that give the same, if not more, Energy Recharge, such as Skyrider Sword, Fleuve Cendre Ferryman, and Festering Desire.

When the wielder is healed or heals others, they will gain a Stoic's Symbol that lasts 30s, up to a maximum of 3 Symbols. When using their Elemental Skill or Burst, all Symbols will be consumed and the Roused effect will be granted for 10s. For each Symbol consumed, gain 80 Elemental Mastery, and 2s after the effect occurs, 4 Energy per Symbol consumed will be restored for said character. The Roused effect can be triggered once every 15s, and Symbols can be gained even when the character is not on the field. |
The Dockhand's Assistant is one of the few weapons that grant Dahlia HP% for his kit. Again, Dahlia doesn’t benefit from any of the 4-star weapon’s passive, but only takes advantage of the 41% HP boost. It’s important to reach 40,000 Max HP on Dahlia if players want to make the most of his fourth ascension passive.

Ineffa Team Composition Guide In Genshin Impact
Ineffa provides damage bonuses for Lunar-Charged reaction in Genshin Impact, so including Hydro characters in Ineffa team comps is highly recommended.
Favonius Sword has a low Base ATK, which is not an issue for Dahlia since he mostly relies on his Max HP. What makes Favonius a decent option for Dahlia is the over 60% Energy Recharge, which greatly improves Dahlia’s ability to cast his Elemental Burst more frequently. Dahlia also gets the chance to create Energy particles that further improve his and his team’s Energy management.

Although it’s a 4-star weapon in Genshin Impact, Sacrificial Sword is always a great option for Support characters. The effect that allows a character to cast their Elemental Skill again is always going to be useful, even if the character doesn’t have a good Elemental Skill. Simply because casting an Elemental Skill summons Energy particles that will further refill the character’s Elemental Burst and allow them to cast it more often. If Dahlia needs Energy Recharge, Sacrificial Sword is one of the best weapons for Dahlia in Genshin Impact.

As a 4-star unit, Dahlia doesn’t have a Signature weapon that matches his gameplay and works perfectly with his kit. However, when giving him Nilou’s Signature weapon in Genshin Impact, Dahlia gets an insane amount of HP. Key of Khaj-Nisut grants Dahlia more than 80% HP, which is a big buff to Dahlia’s health. Having access to all that extra HP makes it easier for him to have an Energy Recharge Timepiece. Other than that, just like all the other weapons on the list, Key of Khaj-Nisut doesn’t have much to offer to Dahlia.
