Unlike most Quests in Genshin Impact, collecting all Mysterious Ores and figuring out what to do with them doesn’t have a Quest marker to help players. Instead, it’s by a complete coincidence that Travelers will stumble upon all the Mysterious Ores. Some are linked to World Quests whereas others are found while exploring.
An Arkhium Stock is automatically obtained after collecting all available Mysterious Ores in Genshin Impact. This Quest item can be used later on to unlock a secret door that reveals a Luxurious Chest.
All Mysterious Ore Locations In Genshin Impact
There are a total of seven Mysterious Ores that players can locate while exploring Fontaine in Genshin Impact and completing World Quests.
Mysterious Ore #1
While completing An Eye for An Eye Quest, which is part of the Unfinished Comedy World Quest, players can find a Mysterious Ore in the Geode Mine Shaft while activating the Research Terminals.
Mysterious Ore #2
Completing the Road to Singularity Quest in Genshin Impact leads players to Kuisel's Clockwork Workshop, which contains the second Mysterious Ore.
Mysterious Ore #3
After fixing the Optical Mechanisms and meeting Sevgine in Treacherous Light of the Depths Quest, collect the third Mysterious Ore along the way.
Mysterious Ore #4
Head to a small island south of the Mont Esus East, near the waterfall, and dive underwater to find a cave. Borrow a Jellyfish’s Ability as it will help later on. At the end of the cave, there is a Thorny Cyst boss waiting for players in Genshin Impact.
To defeat it, use the Jellyfish’s Ability to destroy only the glowing membranes. Once four or five are destroyed, Travelers can attack the Cyst directly before it protects itself with the membranes. Repeat these steps until the boss is defeated, and a Mysterious Ore appears in the Cyst’s place.
Besides the attacks, the water will continuously drain players’ HP, so make sure to collect Recovery Orbs from time to time during the fight.
Mysterious Ore #5
Travel to the Experimental Field Generator boss area and climb the northern walls. The fifth Mysterious Ore is located on the highest floor in the area, next to a Radiant Spincrystal in Genshin Impact.
Mysterious Ore #6
Fast-travel to the Central Laboratory Ruins Waypoint and glide east towards the huge Allogravity-Condensed Water Body. Use the Jellyfish’s Ability to destroy a rock found further down, which contains a Mysterious Ore.
Mysterious Ore #7
Travel southeast of the Central Laboratory Ruins to a Hilichurl Hut with a robotic arm sticking on top. The final Mysterious Ore is in the clutch of the robotic arm.
Come on out, Mystery Ore! Grant my wish! Achievement is rewarded in Genshin Impact once all seven Mysterious Ores are obtained.
How To Get Arkhium Stock In Genshin Impact
Collecting all seven Mysterious Ores will automatically transform them into one giant Arkhium Stock in Genshin Impact. However, it’s an incomplete Ore, so Travelers need to visit one last location to fix it up and transform it into an Arkhium Lumenite.
Where To Use Arkhium Stock In Genshin Impact
Players need to unlock an underground Forging Press Device and place the Arkhium Stock inside. However, reaching it is easier said than done.
First, head to the Geode Mine Shaft by traveling to the Abandoned Production Zone underwater Waypoint. Proceed normally and jump into the water then use the water current. Next, swim east through the round gate to emerge next to a waterfall. Climb the rocks southeast and activate the Waypoint. Go up the metal slopes and proceed southeast to dive into another pool.
Come out of the water and walk to the end of the aquarium-like hallway to find an enemy guarding the gates in Genshin Impact. Defeat it to reach the underground Bravais’s Press Work. Now, players must press the Arkhium Stock to get an Arkhium Lumenite.
How To Press The Arkhium Stock In Genshin Impact
To press the Arkhium Stock in Genshin Impact, players must follow a series of steps:
- Place the Arkhium Stock on the Forging Press Device.
- Glide down southwest and grab the Handwheel next to two Clockwork Meka enemies in Genshin Impact.
- Climb the rock west and go up the slope to find a pipe with a gas leak.
- Turn the Handwheel until the arrow is facing north.
- Head south to another gas leak and place the found Handwheel to turn it south.
- Go northeast to the final broken pipe and rotate the Handwheel to the west.
- Go back to the Forging Press Device and activate the Power Supply System.
- As soon as the white circle appears, quickly Press the Arkhium Stock.
- After a couple of presses, small Genshin Impact Pyro Slimes will appear. Take care of the enemies.
- Use a Hydro/Cryo character to cool down the heat window on the device. Defeat the big Pyro Slime once it appears.
- Jump northeast from the Forging Press Device to find a Hydroculus in Genshin Impact and a rock. Destroy the latter to fill the area with water.
- Return to the Forging press Device and press the Arkhium Stock a few more times.
- After a while, the system stops functioning as it’s filled with water.
- Dive into the water and take the Hunter's Ray’s Ability to cut the Fontemer Seagrass found east of the Device.
- Take the Jellyfish’s Ability and destroy the Red Meanies and Mini Meanies blocking the drain located southeast and southwest. Use the Ability’s charge attack to send an AoE bomb and defeat all of them at once.
- Before returning to the device, activate the drain system behind the Power Supply mechanism.
- Press the Arkhium Stock a few more times until the underwater Press Workshop is submerged in water.
The previous Arkhium Stock has now transformed into an Arkhium Lumenite. Take it, open the Precious Chest, and use the current to get out of the Workshop.
Where To Use The Arkhium Lumenite In Genshin Impact
The Arkhium Lumenite is used as a key in Genshin Impact to unlock an underground secret room. To reach it, teleport to the Waypoint southeast of the Experimental Field Generator boss area. Next, glide through the hole located west to slot the Arkhium Lumenite inside the mechanism, thus unlocking the door. Not So Strait Is the Gate Achievement will also be rewarded.
Inside, there’s a Golden Bird’s Shedding 5-Star Artifact that can be found alongside a Luxurious Chest.
