Drained Conch Cup is the 
Sword of Narzissenkreuz special refinement material in Genshin Impact. However, before the conch can be sacrificed to refine the Holy Blade, Travelers will need to sacrifice it at the Little Fountain. The sacrifice will enhance, trace the conch, and transform it into a Surging Sacred Chalice.
Players will come across the Drained Conch Cups while exploring the vast Fontaine’s Regions, helping out NPCs, and completing a specific quest. There are only four Drained Conch Cups to locate on the Fontaine Map in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact: Through the Looking Glass Quest Walkthrough (All Painting Locations)
Completing the Through the Looking Glass quest will reward Travelers with various chests and 50 Primogems in Genshin Impact.
Drained Conch Cup Locations In Genshin Impact
There are a total of four Drained Conch Cups, and each one is found in a different location in Genshin Impact.
Drained Conch Cup #1
The first Drained Conch Cup is located inside The Narzissenkreuz Ordo in Genshin Impact. To obtain it:
- Complete the Aqueous Tidemarks quest.
- Teleport to the Institute of Natural Philosophy northeastern Waypoint.
- Head south toward the book.
- Enter The Narzissenkreuz Ordo.
- Move forward toward the two chests.
Open the Precious chest to obtain the first Drained Conch Cup alongside 20,000 Mora.
Drained Conch Cup #2
To get the second Drained Conch Cup, fast-travel to the Institute of Natural Philosophy northeastern Waypoint, then:
- Head north.
- Turn east.
- Interact with the mechanic to open the locked door.
- Defeat the Rifthounds inside.
- Unlock the Precious chest in Genshin Impact.
- Obtain 20,000 Mora and the second Drained Conch Cup.
Drained Conch Cup #3
To acquire the third Drained Conch Cup, players must get an Arkhium Lumenite in Genshin Impact. The stone can be forged at the underground Forging Press after collecting seven Mysterious Ores.
Afterward, teleport to the southern Central Laboratory Ruins Waypoint and head west. Along the way, Travelers will come across a cave that leads to Bravai’s Hidden Study. Next:
- Use the Arkhium Lumenite to unlock the study door.
- Walk toward the barrier.
- Climb the wall over it to bypass it.
- Open the Precious chest to obtain the third Drained Conch Cup.
Bravai’s Hidden Study has more chests to offer, but only the Precious chest is needed to obtain the Drained Conch Cup in Genshin Impact.
Drained Conch Cup #4
After completing The Wild Fairy Of Erinnyes quest, the cave northeast of Loch Urania will unlock. Inside the cave, Travelers will find a Precious chest with the final Drained Conch Cup in Genshin Impact.
How To Use The Drained Conch Cup In Genshin Impact
The Drained Conch Cup in Genshin Impact is used to refine the Sword of Narzissenkreuz. To be able to use it as a refinement material for the Holy Blade, Travelers must:
- Teleport to the Annapausis underwater cave.
- Go to the Little Fountain in Genshin Impact.
- Offer the four Drained Conch Cups to the Fountain.
Upon fulfilling the steps, four Surging Sacred Chalices will spawn in players’ inventory. Next:
- Open the Genshin Impact weapons inventory.
- Choose the Sword of Narzissenkreuz.
- Press details, then refine.
- Select the Surging Sacred Chalice to refine the Holy Blade.
