The Joyeux Voucher in Genshin Impact is a bunch of tickets players can exchange for items during the Secret Summer Paradise Event in version 3.8. The items include Kaeya’s Sailwind Shadow Outfit and the Flowing, and Felicitous Joyspar Gadgets.
The Gadget facilitates players' journey in Veluriyam Mirage as it allows them to locate nearby chests and Vouchers in Genshin Impact. In contrast, Kaeya's Outfit does not improve the character's animation or his abilities; but merely gives the four-star character a new fresh appearance.
How To Get Joyeux Vouchers In Genshin Impact
To obtain Joyeux Vouchers in Genshin Impact, players need to:
- Participate in the Secret Summer Paradise event.
- Explore Veluriyam Mirage.
- Unlock Exquisite, Precious, and Luxurious chests.
- Locate floating, balloon-like Joyeux Voucher boxes.
Exchanging Joyeux Vouchers for the Flowing Joyspar Gadget will allow travelers to detect Joyeux Vouchers and chests within a set area. However, the Felicitous Joyspar Gadget is more effective in exploring Veluriyam Mirage since it can locate all the Voucher locations in Genshin Impact.
Secret Summer Paradise Event
Initiating the Secret Summer Paradise event will introduce players to Veluriyam Mirage. The new map location is like a huge playground, where Alice’s friend wants to invite Klee to enjoy her summer. Players will be able to explore Silver Bottle Courtyard and Overgrown Valley on their first day at Veluriyam Mirage.
Unlock Chests
There are many time-limited chests scattered throughout Veluriyam Mirage in diverse forms and rarities. There are four types of chests players can locate: Common, Exquisite, Precious, and Luxurious.
Each chest offers only one Joyeux Voucher upon unlocking. However, players will be able to find more than 150 Joyeux Vouchers from chests in Veluriyam Mirage's unexplored areas.
Floating Joyeux Vouchers
The floating, balloon-like Joyeux Voucher boxes can be found in various locations over the Veluriyam Mirage. This object is identified on the map by a balloon icon; it appears only when players are near the Joyeux Vouchers locations, similar to Oculus. Each Voucher Box offers four Joyeux Vouchers inside it.
Since some of them may be floating in midair, using Anemo characters with special skills in Genshin Impact can assist players in collecting them.
How To Get Kaeya’s Outfit In Genshin Impact
To get Kaeya’s Outfit for free, travelers need to collect 150 Joyeux Vouchers in Genshin Impact 3.8. However, If players were unable to obtain Kaeya’s Sailwind Shadow Outfit for free during the event period, it will be available for 1,680 Genesis Crystals in the in-game shop, similar to other four-star character skins like Barbara's and Fischl's.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
