The Flower-Feather Clan in Genshin Impact’s Natlan is known for their exceptional skills in flight. The tribe members live alongside their Saurian companions the Qucusaurus, and most of their daily activities include perfecting their piloting.
Once Genshin Impact players fully unlock the area and get to know the tribe, they will have chances to obtain some primogems and rewards from the various puzzles around the area. One such puzzle is the Eyes on the Feathered Prize and players will need to speak to Muepu to trigger the quest.

Eyes On The Feathered Prize Muepu Location
Muepu is actually pretty easy to spot because he’s located directly beside the Obsidian Totem Pole in the Flower-Feather Clan. This is also the Reputation waypoint, so players can simply teleport there and head right on the map to find him in front of a Precious Chest. Talk to him to trigger the side quest and he’ll request you to correctly identify the middle Qucusaurus.
How To Identify The Correct Qucusaurus
Once you start the challenge, the three Qucusaurus will fly up into the air and back down again. You need to identify the middle one once it lands and only then will Muepu recognize your efforts. The first time the Saurians fly, it will be a warm-up challenge and you’ll receive a Mora block for correctly answering.
The correct Qucusaurus for the first challenge is the one situated on the far right.
Afterward, head back to Muepu and he’ll allow you to start the real challenge. This one is much harder and more difficult to keep an eye on because the Qucusaurus flies behind rocks and buildings. They deliberately make it more strenuous and Muepu’s reasoning is that we as Travelers should ‘guess with our heart’. The Saurians will readjust their places and once they have flown around the tribe, they’ll come back.
The correct Qucusaurus to choose this time is the one perched on the left side of the platform. You will immediately receive the hidden achievement: A Hunter Never Loses Their Prey and you can unlock the Precious Chest behind you to receive those additional 10 Primogems.
