Genshin Impact has revealed an interesting event allowing players to create their own ads in the game. Every update in Genshin Impact adds tons of content, including new regions, characters, weapons, and events. While some events in the game start with the release of a new version, others are introduced later in the update.
This way, HoYoverse keeps Genshin Impact's content fresh, as Travelers always have something new to explore. The ongoing Genshin Impact Version 5.4 arrived on February 12 and is scheduled to expire on March 26, which means players have approximately two more weeks to participate and complete all the limited-time content.
Genshin Impact Trick Accurately Calculates Teyvat's True Size
A Genshin Impact player demonstrates an interesting experiment that lets them calculate the exact width of the current Teyvat continent.
Genshin Impact's official social media accounts have confirmed the arrival of a new event named Reel Ad-Venture, which will allow players to create their own ad footage. HoYoverse has already provided some insight into how the event will work. Players will be able to plan the script synopsis, select the filming location, invite actors, and start shooting. However, the most important aspect they mentioned is the post-production process, as they revealed five different poster styles. According to the announcement, the event will be part of Genshin Impact Version 5.4 and will be available from March 12 to 24. A new stage will unlock each day starting from the first day of the event, with a total of five stages available.
Genshin Impact: Reel Ad-Venture Event Explained
The official event description also hints that players will get to meet an old friend, the producer of The Two Musketeers. To participate in the event, Genshin Impact players must be Adventure Rank 20 or above. They will also need to complete the Archon Quest Prologue: Act III. Additionally, to get the best experience from this event, HoYoverse recommends completing the World Quest Tatara Tales. As usual, participating in this event will grant various rewards, including enhancement materials and precious Primogems.
These Primogems can help players pull on the current limited-time Character Banner, which features two five-star characters, Lady Furina and Wriothesley. Even though there was significant hype around Wriothesley's first re-run, recent Genshin Impact revenue reports revealed that Lady Furina was responsible for most of the double-banner sales. This does not come as a huge surprise, considering that Furina is the Hydro Archon and one of the most powerful characters in Genshin Impact.
Many players may also choose to save their Primogems for the new characters confirmed for the upcoming Genshin Impact Version 5.5. Developer HoYoverse has already announced two playable units from Natlan, Varesa, and Iansan. As the only new five-star character in the next update, Varesa is expected to be featured in the first phase of the update.
