In Genshin Impact’s Version 4.7, a new endgame gameplay mode called Imaginarium Theater was introduced. The schedule lasts for a month, and within each season, players need to equip various characters based on their elemental characteristics for the relevant battle.
Imaginarium Theater is somewhat similar to Spiral Abyss in Genshin Impact, and once players begin to familiarize themselves with it, they’ll soon begin to enjoy the additional rewards. Envisaged Echoes are a new trait introduced to the Imaginarium Theater and are basically character trail effects. Here’s how you can obtain them and what exactly they do to your characters.

What Are Envisaged Echoes In Genshin Impact?
These are new character effects, something similar to cosmetics that can be added to characters that you own. These are special effects that trail behind characters when they move.
How To Obtain Envisaged Echoes In Genshin Impact?
After completing some Imaginarium Theater challenges, players will obtain Keys of Echoes each season. You can use these keys to unlock the Envisaged Echoes of the given characters in the list. Players will need two Keys of Echoes for each character, and only one key will be provided each season. Once you have unlocked it, you then have to complete the given challenge with that character to obtain the character trail effect.
How To Unlock Envisaged Echoes In Genshin Impact?
In order to unlock the Envisaged Echoes, your character needs to reach a certain eligibility for it. This means that there’s a set requirement for each character challenge to obtain it.
Your characters need to be Level 90 and have reached Friendship Level 8 to even enter the Envisaged Echoes challenge.
It will be comforting to know that you can indeed unlock the challenges and then come back to them when your character is of the right eligibility. Also, all players need to keep in mind that these character trails are only available for characters that are already owned.
Once you unlock the challenges and are allowed to enter them, there will be individual challenges you have to complete to obtain the character trail effect. After doing so, just head to the character menu, equip it from the dressing room, and enjoy the effects!
