The final new Genshin Impact character introduced before Natlan debuted was Emilie, a five-star Dendro polearm user from Fontaine. Emilies products are extremely popular with the citizens of Fontaine, and they come from all over the region to seek out her services.

Emilie hides a secret, secondary profession, though. Known to the few in her inner circle as a "forensic cleaner," Emilie moonlights as a sort-of detective, uncovering hidden clues and secrets in crime scenes. For those looking to add this hardworking woman to their team, here are all the needed ascension and talent materials for Emilie.

Gemstones - Where to Find Nagadus Emerald

Every Dendro character will use the beautiful green gem known as Nagadus Emerald in their ascension. It can be obtained in a few ways, but the easiest way to reliably farm it is by defeating bosses who can drop it as part of their reward pool. These include:

Local Specialty - Where to Find Lakelight Lily

For some time, only Furina used the glowing blue flower known as Lakelight Lily to ascend. But now, Emilie joins her, which is fitting, given Emilie's theming around flowers and beautiful plants. This ascension material can be found only in Fontaine, specifically around Erinnyes Forest. It grows on the shores of bodies of water like Loch Urania, the puddles and ponds dotting the Foggy Forest Path, and around the Weeping Willow of the Lake.

After completing the world quest "The Wild Fairy of Erinnyes," Pahsiv will sell various items in exchange for Tidalgas. She'll offer 15 Lakelight Lilies for 2x Tidalgas each. These don't restock, unfortunately, but they are a decent source of 15 of the flower needed in Emilie's ascension

Boss Drop - How to Get Fragment of a Golden Melody

After helping Osse clear the first barrier out of the way in the Petrichor questline, players will be able to enter the underground ruins of the Faded Castle. Enemy Drop - Where to Find Meka Gears

There are many characters from Fontaine who use Clockwork Meka gears in their ascension and talents, and Emilie is one of them! Players will need to defeat quite a few of these robots to pick up enough of their drops for ascending a single character, let alone several.

Trounce Materials - Silken Feather

Defeating the Knave in her trounce domain can result in the player obtaining her specific trounce materials. One of them, the Silken Feather, is used by Emilie in her talent upgrades.
