Regarding Diona’s best artifact set in Genshin Impact, always go for the Noblesse Oblige set as it increases her supportive value. When activating her Elemental Burst, Diona can increase her team’s ATK by 20%. This also puts extra importance on casting her Elemental Burst, which means Energy Recharge should be her most important stat in Genshin Impact. You can prioritize Energy Recharge on her Timepiece and Sub-stat while adding more HP% to everything else.

To build an F2P Diona in Genshin Impact, go for the Sacrificial Bow or Favonius Warbow. Both give Diona Energy Recharge with extra Elemental Particles through their passive effects. Sacrificial Bow allows Diona to cast her Elemental Skill twice, which will create double the Elemental Particles she usually gets from her Elemental Skill. Favonius Warbow will summon Elemental Particles if Diona triggers a Crit hit, which is less effective than Sacrificial Bow, but still great for her build.
If you want to increase Diona’s ability to shield and heal her team, then go for HP% Bows, like Recurve Bow. Unfortunately, the 3-star bow doesn’t add anything to Diona’s kit besides its HP% boost.
